So I yesterday I realized that the boy I lik--love, is actually dating the girl that I don't love. And what stuns me the most is that this is your stereo-typical situation in those high school drama movies.
The Next Day, Period 6---Art-------
So I guess in art we do projects. Which is fine with me. "Aiki & Clay, you guys will be partners." Wait what did he just say. Did he just say what I think he just said? Oh my gosh.
I stay at my desk, figuring that he'll come over to me and sit next to me. Which he does, "Oh boy" Clay says as if he already hates me. Which again, wouldn't blame him. "What?" I say very quietly hardly expecting him to hear. "It's just, we do this project every year and it is just so boring. Like, can't we have a little fun in art? Ya know?" I give a little laugh and take out paper. "Yea, I mean, at least you'll know how to get an A" I say. He gives me that one-eyebrow up-look. "Haha. Me? Getting an A? Pshh. You're funny!" Now I give him that one-eyebrow up-look. "Oh please, coming from the kid in adavanced math." I say immedietly wishing I didn't. "Wait. You've been watching me?" Clay says with a slight grin on his face. I stutter with "uhs" and "ums". "Its okay. I like it." He says with an even bigger grin on his face. I smile and start on the project.
