Chapter 8 -

We all stood there, I quickly ran from spot and hugged Jill, the air tensed , I turned my head towards the demon who were acting like jealous children, I glared at them.

"How are you Faline?" Jill asked

" I am great"

Nodding Jill took out a note board, which held her checklist and questions. We watched as she went around inspected everything, I felt my nerves pick up, what if I can't stay and what will happen to me. It felt like my whole body was on fire and I couldn't calm down. I continued to follow my heartbeat raising, we came back around to the entrance of the manor.

" Everything seems to be excellent, with the living conditions, now for my questions for for two" Jill said pointing at Ciel and Sebastian.

I was told to go play, as soon as the door clicked, my ears and tail appeared, I think strong emotions make me loss control, I thought, my ears perked up at the sound of footsteps. Mey-rin's hair come into view, she was carrying boxes that were nearly her height and there were steps near her, oh my. I thought hard on car features to go and they did, I watched as she distended down the stairs, I was surprised from the information from Sebastian she was clumsy as hell. Maybe he was wrong, because now she was at the bottom of the stairs, with the boxes.

" Faline, you scared me, that it is" Mey-rin said, her hands shakes under the weight of the boxes.

CRASH!

I ran to Mey-rin and clinched to her side, forgetting the boxes, making them fall over the floor, then the smell of burnt food hit me. Sebastian open the door and looked at the mess, giving a disappointing sigh.

" Clean this up and Faline please find Arabella and tell her to help Mey-rin" I nodded.

Sebastian looked at his pocket watch and walked towards the kitchen, Mey-rin was picking the boxes up and I helped place them in a pile near the door. Turning around I followed Arabella's scent to the servants rooms, I opened the door to she her watching a cartoon, the room was covered in poster of anime boys and drooling over a boy on the tv. I cleared my throat.

" Sebastian asked if you would help Mey-rin" I asked

She turned her head and glared, I sigh, it is just a cartoon and they are for kids and I quickly walked around and turned the tv off. Big mistake.

" Faline, he was about to confess he love" Arabella said, daydreaming at the same time.

" It is a cartoon for kids, I don't understand"

" Nooo... it is life, so many hot fictional men, I want to marry."

This is making me uncomfortable, I edge to the door, she looked angry, that I called anime a cartoon and it was for kids. Fangirl action has just kicked it for her.

" Let me show you, the greatness of anime" Arabella said going red and creepily smiling.

I ran out of the door and she was chasing me, this must be her skill, of hunting down the people who messed with her watching anime. She was fast for a couch potato, I ran through the halls reaching were Mey-rin was, I stopped catching my breath, turning around she was walking in, as nothing happened.

Bard was standing next to May-rin, he outfit was black and face covered in black flame marks, he had to blow up the kitchen, then Finny walked in hold a dead rose, looking like he was about to cry. Awww poor thing. I skipped toward him taking the rose and quickly placed it in the bin, no one need to know.

Then the door open and they exited the room, Jill looked please.

" I think that will be all, you have a wonderful family Faline" She paused and giving a goodbye and walked to the door and turned around " You make a great couple" Jill said and she left.

" Why does everyone think we are a couple Sebastian" Ciel yelled.

" Well Master, this day and age it is more acceptable for couple of the same sex to be together" Sebastian explained smirking.

Bard burst out laughing setting off Finny then me, I was on the ground nearly cry, Jill through there were together. Priceless. Meanwhile Arabella and Mey-rin went bright red and they were both having difficulty composing themselves. Once we have all calm down, but one slight look at each other could set us off.

" If you all laugh one more time, there will be punishment" Sebastian darkly spoke, we all tense and stopped not wanted to die.

" Seb..abstain I killed... the roses" Finny spoke up.

Sebastian sighed, like it was normal I will deal with it, then the servant left, I couldn't help myself I just laughed, holding my painful side, tears rolled down my face.

" She... thought you... were together"

" Faline, stop" Ciel said.

I looked up biting my lip, they looked so angry and it made it even better, I shook my head.

" Kitten, I told you there would be punishment" Sebastian said with a smirk.

Trying to turn and run, I was suddenly my back hit someone's chest and was held there, I lifted my head to Sebastian, a ball of yard was swung in front of me, I couldn't control, myself this was torture. I want to run after it. My cat side came out, I whimper and hissed against Sebastian grip. Ciel slowly started unrolling the yard, that should be my job.

" Fine, I understand to listen the first time, can you let me go now" I asked, my ears lowered and I was gently placed on the floor. I whispered a sorry and hugged them both, but something ran pasted us, a small furring thing. Rat. Quickly I land on four paws and chased o after it, I ran around the manor, it bolted into Ciel's study, the door was open I ran inside, the rat got into a hold and I crash straight into a wall. My tail swing angrily wiping through the air, I was annoyed that I could catch a rat. I heard a chuckle, I was lift through the air. Supercat. Ciel had picked me up and I was on his lap curled into a ball, getting a pet. I purred.

" I promise your childhood will full of happy memories, no one will hurt you"

So that the chapter, I feel a little disappointed in this one, as I fill like it could be so much better, but the next will be. Please comment and vote.
