Chapter 24- Reunited At Last

Funneh's POV (for this whole chapter, this is just a day where nothing bad happens I guess)
Gold, Kyran, Alec and I decided to go to a movie. Just like the first time (back in chapter 2), Alec wanted to watch a scary movie. I let him pick this time and well, you can guess how me and Gold acted. Kyran didn't really care as long as he was with Gold. I felt like this is a time I could relax and let loose, something I haven't done in a long time. I ran into the line for tickets, my friends (and boyfriend) following. Alec chose a movie and we walked into the theater  after handing our tickets in. "Are there jumpscares?" Gold asked anxiously. "Maybe." Alec snickered in a playful way. "Ahh! Funneh, protect me!" Gold yelled. "Gold, calm down. Alec could just be scaring you.. or he could mean it." I laughed, sitting down at the middle. Alec sat next to me on my left, Go,d on the right and Kyran next to Gold. With a box full of sweets and popcorn. "You bought a lot Kyran." I said, grabbing some candy from the box and eating it in big bites. Alec chuckled at me and stole some popcorn. The movie theater got dark and we settled down into the movie.

5 minutes in and I already felt scared. Why did they start with a creepy, dark scene? Better yet, the whole story seemed like a real life situation. Apart from the creepy clown doll thing that might come to life. I snuggled closer to Alec, leaning my head on his shoulder. "You scared?" Alec whispered. I nodded, trying not to disturb the people behind or in front of us. He hugs me and I feel a bit safer than before. Gold was trying to block the sound out because I knew she wasn't a fan of this movie, but unfortunately, she jumped and squeezed my hand really hard when the first jumpscare came on. "Ahhh!" She shrieked, earning a few glares from the people around her.

Gold covered her eyes at the murder scene happening. "Ahhhh!" She screamed again. "Shh!" Said the same people from before. I hid lower, Alec's arm blocking the view. Kyran was just on his phone while his arm was around Gold. "Gold, stop screaming." I said really quietly. She stared at me and said, "THE MURDERER MUST BE A CRAZY PSYCHOPATH THAT WANTS ALL YOUR MONEY!" Well, she screamed it. I laughed and leaned on Alec's shoulder again. "How are you not scared Alec?" I whispered to him.

"I've seen worse things." He replied, looking away from the movie and at me. "Oh. I forgot." I said. He nodded sheepishly and went back to staring at the movie screen.

After the movie was over...

"I'm so happy! My 2D girl said she loved me for the 57th time!" Kyran said. "How many times did she say that during the movie?" Alec asked, rolling him eyes. "17 times!" Kyran said proudly. I laughed, along with Gold who proclaimed that she was Kyran's number one girl. "You're my number one girl too Funneh." Alec smiled at me.
