*Theory briefly if you are the few people who do not know the theory: MCR wanted to be like Smashing Pumpkins who were together 12 years broke up for 6 and got back together. 2019 will mark 12 years of a break up and will be in line of when Danger Days takes place.
They coming back together? Well, they said a comeback (can't spell the actual word Gee said ((it was Reuinion? Can't spell for shit))).
