Chapter 2

Elena's P.O.V

Today my sister woke me up and said that she bought me an outfit and said she would do my hair and I was okay with it because I trust my sister. Since my mom was always at work, Hannah was the only person I can talk to about school and anything really. So I took a quick shower and wore the outfit she bought me (outfit above) and she did my hair (hair above) and I didn't feel like wearing my glasses so I put on my contact lenses. Hannah also did simple makeup on me.

I went downstairs and grabbed an apple, my bookbag, and my skateboard and said goodbye to Hannah and left to school.
When I got there Grayson didn't even recognize me so I walked up to him.

"Hey Grayson it's me Elena."I said smiling.

"Oh I'm sorry I didn't say hi before because I didn't even recognize you." He said shocked

"Oh its fine Gray."I said while walking with him to our lockers.

Once we got to our lockers Ethan came up to us.

"Hey are you new or something because I definitely haven't seen you before." He said flirting with me.

"Oh now your interested in flirting with me after yesterday you were kicking and slapping me multiple times, what a douchebag. How about you go flirt with the popular girls that sleep with almost every jock in school and that care about looks not personality. I can't believe I was friends with a self-centered douche." I said angrily and walked away.

Ethan's P.O.V

Wow I didn't think I knew her but after what she said I'm getting a feeling that it might be Elena but I'm not to sure. So I asked Grayson but he just walked away annoyed. So then I waited until they did role call in homeroom. When they started the role call I waited until they called Elena's name, Elena M. Honoret Mason When they called that name I realized what I've done to my best friend that I knew since preschool, I really messed up.

Elena's P.O.V

Mrs. Howards called my name for role call and after I said here everyone was staring at me but one specific person caught my eye, it was Ethan he looked shocked and I think he got a dose of realization because I think he was analyzing what he has done to me these past years. A few seconds after I realized I was staring straight at him and I just smiled and looked back at my paper.

*Skip to end of school*

Today I didn't have to rush home because some bully was after me so I just put my books in my bag and took my skateboard and put music on my phone and put headphones in and skated home peacefully.
Once I got home my sister had the music on blast so I decided to scare her. I put my skateboard down and found her dancing in the living room, I laughed and walked behind her and scared the living crap out of her.

She lowered the music and said " What the hell Elena I was scared half to death."

"Sorry Hannah I just had to." I said trying hard not to laugh.

"Whatever." She said unamused.

*A few minutes later*

"So how about those dance moves." I said laughing.

"Oh my god Elena shut up."

"Fine." I said going up the stairs to go to my room.

I changed into something comfortable because I was planning to go to the skate park. So I wore a black Adidas shirt with a green jacket and black leggings with my black and white Adidas and I tied my hair into a high ponytail.
I decided to go to the skate park so I told Hannah that I'm going and she said okay just be home by 8:00.
So I went now that it was 6:00.
When I got there I saw Ethan doing tricks on the ramp.
I suddenly remembered when he taught me how to skateboard.
I started tearing up for some reason then the tears came down. But I just miss the old Ethan.

Ethan's P.O.V

I was skating and I look to my right and I saw Elena crying. So I decided to be nice to her for once.

"Hey Elena what's wrong."I said concerned.

Elena's P.O.V

Ethan came up to me and asked what's wrong. I decided to tell him.

"You know what's wrong, I just had a flash back of you teaching me how to skate and I miss the old Ethan. The Ethan that hung out with me when no one else would. The Ethan that would hug me ever time I felt bad. The Ethan that I love is now gone and your just different now!" I said very passionate.

"Elena I'm sorry ......." He said.

"Ethan I loved you and now you have changed greatly and if you expect me forgive you one of these days you have to show me that you are back to the way I remember you."I said

"I'll try as hard as possible because I miss you and I love you I just didn't realize it until today what I did was wrong...." He said.

"I hope you change Ethan Grant Dolan."I said while skating away.

Once I got home I went upstairs and changed in my pj's and went to sleep.
