Gorgeous Brother

As we make our way to our reserved table for the event, i can feel all pairs of eyes set on us as i was clinging on to his hand as if my life depended on it. He then pulled out my chair gesturing for me to sit once we reached our table.

"Dont worry, its always like this and you will get used to this Ad," he said as if reading my mind.

" Its not for me, its for you Mr always-charming" I grinned mischieviously when i see his amused face.

"Touche Miss Adrianne" he smirked followed by a playboy grin. Damn. That grin. Its the first time that i saw it.

I was then distracted when i saw a familiar small body figure that immediately run and hugged him making him broke in laughter.

"Uncle Damon!!" she let out a michievious grin that resembles him alot. No doubt they are related.

"Hey cupcake, you look beautiful. Did anyone ever tell you that sweetie?" he chuckled completely oblivious to his surrounding and it seems that she meant the world to her and nothing else matters when she is around. I did not know behind that cold face of his, there's a warmer side and its shocking to see he likes children. Usually, his kind despise kids.

"I know Uncle Damon, im the most beautiful princess in the world- hey, are you that beautiful aunt that bought me ice cream?!" i was surprised by her hug and i could not help but chuckled too. She sure is handful.

"Hey sweetie, yes i am and i didnt know Uncle Damon the Monster is your uncle sweetie-" i grinned to see Damon making that sulkish pout face to me.

"He sure as hell is her uncle and i swear they both can be handful and maybe you can do the honour of taking care of them both for me dear?" A voice broke out when i realised its Nora in a v-neck black dress that reaches down to her feet. She sure as hell look gorgeous even as a mother. Shucks, does this even run in the family? We broke into a hug as if we never met for years.

" Remember to tell me incase my litle bro is quite handy for you to handle, i will help you to manage him," she said as if reading my unvoiced questions and gave me playful punch on my shoulder to show what she meant.

"Dont worry Nora, im sure i can manage him"  i chuckled.

"Oh hell yeah she does" Damon cutting in with a smirk once again. That Bastard.

"Hey, what's this mini reunion without me?" A deep masculine voice cut in and i turned to see a gorgeous man dress in those expensive brown color suit with a black tie and it never missed to show off his perfectly biceps. His slightly tanned skin blended with his sandy blond hair. Loose strands of hair perfectly framed his oval shaped head. His thick light eyebrows showed content, but friendly at the same time. His lips are like sweet berries, and his cologne is as strong as midnight sex. What intrigued me is that his eyes are big blue and daring.

"And can i be in honour to know who is this beautiful lady that is sitting beside you Damon?" i felt the redness leaked into my cheeks and mentally slapped myself for gawking at him.

"Get your own date Bro"

I swear i could have heard Damon hissed. Bro? That figures the majestic appearance. And why is he bothered by his own brother? Its not like as if i belong to him in the first place.

"Hi, i believed its rude not to introduce myself. I'm Adrianne Palicki, Mr Damon's PA and its nice to meet you sir,"

i graciously introducing myself ignoring my bi-polar Boss completely while extending out my hand expecting a handshake from the gorgeous man and to my surprise, he planted a kiss on my hand causing me to gasp by his gesture.

"I'm Max Cross and Max will do my lovely lady.The pleasure is all mine and i believed my dickhead brother of mine didnt tell you that im the good- looking brother who organised this event for charity purposes and since im the one who organised it, i believed i owe you a dance beautiful."

 I feel a shade of pink creeping up to my cheeks to his comment and put my hand in his soft ones as he led me through the dancefloor, unknowingly leaving a fuming devil behind. This should be fun to watch as i thought to myself.
