The leaf in front of her quiver for a moment- and she wish they had witness it- before it burst into flames and leaving only dust when it stop burning. Her 'friends' snickered at her attempt and she mimic their laughing face in disgust, huffing in annoyance, more to herself than to others. Taking another leaf out of the box -she always prepare extra and sometimes gain some extra pocket money as she sell her stock to other, though how illegal it is at the guild- she stroke its soft surface and wish she could do better.

Sighing, she pointed her wand to the leaf and cast her spell. The leaf flew up and solidifies to gold; her colleagues watch in pure shock as her attempt at magic succeeds for the first time in her whole life. Then before she could take pride of it, or even before the tutor could clap his hand for her good effort, the gold leaf brighten and explode, giving a loud bang. They duck and clamp their hands over their ears but the affect is already taken place; the classroom is beyond repair and recognition. The explode energy was like a bomb being thrown inside a small box- but they are glad they are still in one piece. Then they glare at her.

"Lady Evan, principal office, NOW!" She flinches at the terse order and then sigh, having no excuse to defend herself. After all, she did blow up the newly built classroom. Dragging her feat, she left the ruin, glaring at those who dared to laugh at her and reminded not to provide them anymore stock, it is an illegal activity.

"A lady doesn't sell stuff to others to gain money, it is mercenary, and it is unthinkable for a lady to act! And you've blown up the room, again!" Lady Noel Evan frowns. After her ears are being assaulted by the screeching banshee -a name Noel dub the principle- for the past 10 minutes, she believes anything is possible for a lady to act, even blowing up the banshee's head.

"But I don't see the connection of those two, Lady Brown." The principal eyes widen and her fat neck and plump cheek redden.

"A lady doesn't talk back when she is guilty enough!" Noel inch away from Lady Brown spewing spit, her own eyes narrow in disgust. 'Well I say, a lady doesn't shout like you do, and not spewing spit when talking.'

"I can't help being unable to perform miracle like you do. Perhaps you could just pull me out like I've appeal years ago, I would be very grateful if you do." At that comment, Lady Brown sat back and her whole demeanor change from a angry Cerberus from hell to a very calm water spirit.

"There is no need of that; you've more room to improve." She sighs as if she had the world's dilemma settle on her shoulder. "We can always build another room but we will never be able to find anymore magician these days. Go back to your room, we'll figure something out." Taking it as her chance to escape as long as Lady Brown is in a 'fine mood', Noel got up and started for the door. "Before that," Noel stop but didn't approach the table.

"Yes Lady Brown?"

"Stop the selling, it is against rules, or maybe you need to reread the guidebook." Pressing her lip to bit off her reply, Noel nod and quickly get out before Lady Brown adds anymore of the insult. Of course she knows the rules, she remember it by heart and could possibly recite it in her sleep. But breaking the rules is too much fun to ignore it, and she can't help being a bit rebellious, since she is stuck in the guild for her whole life if she couldn't master her magic.

Oh she mastered all the spell existed in the guild and even create some -just for fun- but whenever she cast one, everything went wrong. She just doesn't have the talent like her brother and sister, much to the chagrin of her parents. 'And Lady Brown always fawns over me because of papa's donation to the guild. 'But I really do want to get out of this strict surrounding, have a normal life as a normal person.' As she past the main hall, she tried to ignore the sly stare or the giggling behind hands. 'And of all the things in the world, I don't know how to giggle.'
