Mariya POV...
As I waited on the bed for Que to show up , I really thought on how much I hated and dreaded this day will come . I'm not saying my family is bad people but they sure can keep you on your toes . Honestly I only agreed to stay for dinner cause of Que and Tal talked me into it but I hope the food worth me staying.
*Phone Rings *
" Hello " I answered
" Im outside baby girl " Que said
" Okay Here I Come " I said getting up and making my way towards they stairs
" Mariya where you going " Tal asked limping out the room
" Going to meet Que outside , I can't wait for you to meet him your going to love him I promise Tal "
" We'll have to see this " Tal says
As I made my down the stairs I see my mom and Aunt slaving in the kitchen I was lowkey nervous of her meeting Que cause she's gone have a million questions .
" You look like your going to a party or something" I said to Que as he got out the car
" You said sunday dinner plus I changed like four times I thought this look nice "
" It do babe , Are you nervous? " I asked
" Just a little bit " He said
" You'll be fine " I said grabbing his hand leading him into the house
" Who's this " my mom asked
" This is my boyfriend Que "
" Boyfriend? " my aunt asked and I nodded
" That's the first " My mom said under her breathe
" I'm Auntie May baby " She said giving me a hug
" Well Que all the mens are outside if you would like to join them " Aunt May continued
" Where's Tal Mariya " My mom asked ignoring the fact that Que was in the room

Tal POV..
I was making my downstairs and Heard my mom ask Mariya
" Where's Tal Mariya " My mom asked
" I geuss Upstairs " Mariya responded
Before I had the chance to even respond I notice the same guy who bomb rush into my apartment and shot me .
" Well go get her "
I rushed back up the stairs to my room before I could even think straight I peep out the door to see Mariya bring him up the steps
I quickly ran into my rooms bathroom and locked myself in there
" Tal hurry up and come down stairs before I kill your mother "
" Mariya it can't be that bad "
" Shidd " Mariya responded
" Is your mom always this uptight " The dude asked
" Sadly she is "
" Mariya I'll be down there in a few minutes " Hoping that'll make her wanna leave the room
" I'll just wait for you " She said sounding like she sat on my bed
" Sooo you wanna see me naked "
" Bye Tal " She laughed and exit the room
Im really suck between a rock and a hard place cause how am I going to get revenge on my sister boyfriend.
She wouldn't even believe me if I told her that he was the one who shot me .
I started to take out my phone and text Khalil since he promise he'll help me get that nigga back
