Wildmutt just have woken up from his nap, unknown to him his brothers are finding Armodrillo and forage for food, while Cinos was still sleeping, dream about chasing squirrels. He got nothing to do but walk around and drink water from the river.
Unknown to him, the river which he drinking from is close a trail where humans walking, 3 humans are walking on those trail.
"Come Misty and Brock, let's see are there anymore Pokémons to catch!", shouted the human with a cap with a yellow mouse/rabbit on his shoulder.
"Oh Ash, still the same, maybe too inspired to see those Squirtles, Wartortles, and that Blastoise", said the girl with orange hair known as Misty carrying an egg-like creature.
"Yeah, maybe got that over his head to find more", said a taller kid with spiky hear and eyes closed known as Brock.
The yellow mouse/rabbit jump off the shoulder of the boy named Ash, look around, and hear something.
"Pika Pikachu?", said the yellow mouse/rabbit quietly look to the bushes and saw a strange orange creature which is Wildmutt still drinking, "Pika Pika Pikachu".
"What is it Pikachu?", said curious Ash as the yellow creature known as Pikachu point to the bush, he to saw the orange, "Oh, what that Pokémon?".
He lift his Pokédex to see what Pokémon this creature, "Pokémon unknown".
"Unknown, well he be known to me", said Ash as he grabbed his pokéball.
"I don't that a good idea Ash, fighting a Pokémon that his unknown, it could be unpredictable", said Brock.
"Plus, why to catch a Pokémon that look like that, it seem so slobbery", said Misty, "Besides, why not get a cute Pokémon, well not cuter than Togepi".
"Togepi", said the egg creature known as Togepi happily.
"Well it not everyday you find an unknown Pokémon who his orange, look like a dog & an app, and umm have no eyes", said Ash as he noticed this Pokémon have no eyes, or even a nose and hears, "This will be easy, Pikachu used Thundebolt!".
"Pika Pika Pikachu", said Pikachu happily then he charge up.
"I wonder how that creature is here and still living?", said curious Brock.
"Yeah and why that thing have gills, it doesn't look a fish", said Misty as she noticed the gills.
Pikachu slowly get near the creature while charging until it release Thunderbolt, "Pika Pikachu!".
The Thunderbolt head toward Wildmutt then he open his gills and quickly evade it.
"Rahhhh", growl Wildmutt in anger.
"What the, it quickly dodge Pikachu's Thunderbolt but how, it have no eyes, nose, or ears", said confused Ash.
"Wait a minute, maybe that it", said Brock then he yelled, "Hey Ash, maybe his gills are his eyes which is how he quickly dodge and possibly his nose and ears are hidden".
"Okay now that make sense, well sort of, now Pikachu try Thunderbolt again but try to get him!", shouted Ash.
"Pikachu!", shouted Pikachu as he launch another Thunderbolt but this time he'll try to get the orange.
Wildmutt quickly try to outrun the Thunderbolt, then he jump over the Thunderbolt and found a flat rock.
"Rahhhh", roared Wildmutt as grab the rock, the Thunderbolt return to him but the rock block the electricity, and use it as a shield.
"What the, he know that electricity can't hurt rock", said Ash as he surprised.
"Interesting, that thing is using that rock as a shield, now that smart of it", said Brock.
