The Gang was all there (Winn, James, Alex, Maggie, and Lena) and they had basically been drinking all night and playing games like charade and Monopoly. This had gone on till about 2am as everyone started to leave Kara realizes that Lena is just to buzzed to drive home so she then insists that Lena spends the night so she doesn't get hurt driving home.
They started sleeping at each other's homes not too long after that the were weekly two or three times a week sometimes more.
They've learned there way around each other's kitchen even tho Kara cannot cook she still needs coffee Lena cooks for her most of the time if not all of the time.
At this point they've grown completely comfortable at each other's homes they have a spare toothbrush some clothes they been have their own drawer.
