Chapter 13

*SAMS POV*

When I got home I was a little shocked that Nash kissed me. I said I didn't want to ruin our friendship, but that kiss is really gonna make our friendship awkward. The kiss wasn't that great either. I didn't feel any electricity, no sparks.

I was in my room thinking about all the times I had with Dyllan. I was trying not to cry. I missed him. I don't know why I missed him, he is a jerk. He cheated on me, and dumped me over text. What did I do to deserve this?

I've been home for 5 minutes. Then I heard a knock on the door. When I opened the door I saw cam. I put on a fake smile so he wouldn't see me hurting.

"Hey cam!" I said

"Hey! Everything ok?" He replied

"Oh!... Ya." I lied. "Actually no...my boyfriend dumped me" I said starting to cry.

He hugged me really tight. "Hey I know this is a weird question but can I come in? I don't want to be outside all day."

I let out a small laughed "ya sorry."

He walked in and i closed the door behind him. "You know, it's his lose. He lost something special. A beautiful girl with a great sense of humor."

I smiled "thanks Cameron, but I'm nothing special."

"Don't say that. 'Cause that's not true. You are very special." He said taking a step closer to me.

"Thanks Cameron. But your just saying that."

"No I'm not. You are special Sam. You are the specialist girl i know. If that's a word."

We both laughed.

"Thanks cam."

He took a step towards me and I hugged him. He hugged me back, nice and tight. It was a nice,tight,warm, hug. We pulled apart, but we were still holding onto each other. I was looking up at him, at his beautiful brown eyes. I looked at his beautiful pink lips, they looked so soft and plump. He started leaning towards me,and kissed me. I kissed him back. The kiss was nice and soft. It was nothing like the kiss Nash gave me. I felt sparks and electricity in this kiss with cam, I didn't feel anything with Nash. This was the best kiss I have ever had. I never wanted it to end.

I was sad when the kiss ended. We just stood there staring at each other, both smiling.

"So which one was better?" Cameron asked

"Excuse me? What do you mean?"

"Which kiss was better? Mine or Nash's?"

"Yours... Why does it- is that why you kissed me? How did you know?"

"No! That's not why!" He defended "I kissed you 'cause I like you. A lot. I can't get you out of my mind." That made me blush a little. "And the only reason I know is because I saw you guys kiss at the mall... Look I'm sorry. I don't know why I asked that. I'm stupid."

"No your not. I'm sorry, I overreacted a little." I confessed. It was just weird for him to ask that.

"So... Talking about the kiss you had with Nash... Are you guys dating now?" He asked.

"What?" I asked a little confused. "No. I told him I want to wait a while and MAYBE I would date him but I don't think I will 'cause I don't want to ruin out friendship."

"Oh" he smiled slightly "why did you want to wait?"

"Because I literally just got dumped today." I said not showing any emotion at all.

"Oh. That makes sense."

I breathed more air through my nose usual, really fast to show a little laughter. "Ya"

"What about me?"

"What about you?" I say not getting his question.

"Would you go out with me?" he said looking down. "when you're ready of coarse."

"I would..." I replied "but I told Nash I would probably go pure with him after a while."

"You said PROBABLY you didn't say defiantly, so when he ask you why just say that."

"Ok I'll think about it."

Cameron kissed me on my cheek than left.

I never new I had these feelings for Cameron. Now I'm glad Dyllan broke up with me, I know I shouldn't be chasing men right when I get dumped 'cause then I look like a slut. But I'm not a slut, so I'm gonna wait a while. I just don't know what I'm gonna do though. 'Cause I kinda, not really, date Nash, but I don't want to hurt his feelings and don't want to ruin our friendship, and I want to date Cameron. I guess I'm just gonna have to tell the truth.

After all that I decided to make inside-out chocolate strawberries.
