Elsa has hidden in her room her whole life. She hasn't seen anyone, she knows what will happen if she leaves. A dark force will takeover her and her lover Jack.
"Elsa why don't you come stay with me for the time being?" He said as I jumped off the branch.
"Sounds like a plan!" I sigh. He laughs and takes my hand.
"Uhh Jack? The city's that way..." He turns to me and shakes his head.
"Were not going to the city..." He speeds up with me at his heels. I laugh and release my crown from my head. It falls to the ground with a shing. He laughs and pulls me faster.
"Slow down Jack, I can hardly keep up!" I say struggling to catch my breath.
"We're almost there! Just over this hill. He jumps into the air with me holding on to him and lands gently on the hilltop. I look over the horizon and see a frozen lake next to a large tree house.
"Jack...you don't have a home?"
"Its alright really. I can't remember having anything until I woke up..." He stared at the lake. Then at his staff and then at me.
"I never knew..." I looked at my feet.
"Come on. Lets go inside."He lifts me up into the house and I notice the amazing detail in the interior.
"Did you build all of this?" I look around.
"Nah. I just added to it. Fixed up the walls and filled it with junk. Ice makes great insulation." He smiled clearly proud of himself. I had to laugh at his dorkyness.
"What?" He laughed.
"Nothing...its adorable..." I giggled. I grabbed his hand and felt a piece of metal. I looked down to see an ornate ring on his right hand.
"You're wearing the royal crest...why do you have this?" I looked at it stunned.
"Is that what this is? I found it under the snow a while ago after I left from your window one night. I didn't know who's it was so I just took it. I was under the slush and mud." He shrugged. "You can have it back if you want."
"No please you keep it. We have others" I smiled. "Jack are you sure you want to house me here. If obscure comes, theres no telling what he'll do."
"If he was gonna kill me he would've done it a while ago." Jack says.
"Still...it'd be unwise not to expect something to happen..I'm dangerous." I sigh.
"No...you just need to learn to control it." He lifts my chin up.
"And what if I hurt you again?" I walk away.

"Then I'll forgive you again..." He says.
"You won't forgive me forever Jack..." I feel tears swell up in my eyes. "-and I won't forgive myself."
"Elsa you did nothing wrong..." My eyes grown wide as I'm staring past Jacks face at my shadow. It's arms crossed. I push away from jack.
"You don't know what I've done Jack. I am sorry I will do my best but it hurts me to think about what would happen if I loose control again."
"Then I'll teach you..."
"What?" He smiles.
"We'll worry about that tomorrow for now. You need some rest." He leads me into what he called the guest room. (It was too small to qualify as a room but...whatever works.) And kisses my forehead before leaving me to sleep.
