Chapter 7 {*}

{Mark's P.O.V}

".........Mark!!!" Adam said.

My eyes widened, and I ran up to him but ran with my super speed...... He ended up falling over.

"Sorry," I told him.

"It's alright, I know you're excited." he replied, chuckling a bit.

I smiled and teleported to my room, used speed to pack up fast and teleported back with my only bag which held my laptop and stuff. Everybody was standing there with their eyes widened.... Except Kaylee. Kaylee just teleported to next to me. Now it was time for my eyes to widen. She just smirked and picked up my bag with telekinesis. I sat there with my mouth wide open, gaping at her. She smiled and took off her sunglasses. Her eyes were different colors... How does she do that?!

"Oh yeah, Kaylee has powers....." Jordan said.

"So do I." I told him, teleporting to next to him.

He smiled at me and went to pick up my bags. We went to the car and got in.

{Kaylee's P.O.V}

During the car ride, Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol came on. I just had to sing along, I love that song! I started singing along to it. When the song was over, everyone except Adam because he was driving was staring at me.

"Was I really that bad?" I asked them.

"You weren't bad.... YOU WERE AMAZING!!!!!" Adam, Tyler, Ashley, Mark, Mitch, Jordan, Shelby, Jason, Jerome, Ian, Ty, and Quentin said at the same time.

"Thank you," I said, blushing a bright red on my pale skin.

I turned to my left just to see a car coming towards us. I worked quickly and put a forcefield around the car. The other car hit the forcefield and bounced off of it.

"Thank goodness for Kaylee oh my God!" Tyler said.

I smiled and nodded.

"I have to pee!!" Mark said.

"Hold on a second, we're going to go eat first." Jordan told him.

"Okay," he replied.

We pulled up into Jack in the Box, and Ashley and Shelby took me to the restroom while Jordan and Jerome took Mark to the restroom. After we were done, we walked out and got a table for 13 people. When we were walking, I saw a woman sitting at a table, crying.

"Ashley, I'll be right back." I told her.

"Okay Kaylee but come back to me right after okay?" she asked me.

I nodded and walked over to the lady to see if she was okay.

"Are you okay?" I asked her.

She looked up and smiled at me, her green eyes glowing with sadness. She had dirty blonde hair to her hips, a sweater, jeans, and no make-up.

"Yes." she told me, voice cracking a little bit.

"No you're not, come on, do you want to meet my family?" I asked her.

She nodded and smiled a bit. I brought her over to where Ashley was, which was close to the bathrooms.

"Ashley, I met somebody," I told her.

She looked up and smiled.

"Hello, I'm Ashley, you are?" she asked.

"Shannon," the lady said.

I smiled and asked her, "Why were you crying?"

"My so-called best friend, Alice left me for the 'popular' group." she told me, making finger quotations on 'popular'.
