Kaglan woke up feeling nothing but pain in her body she knew she had been beaten by the mordsith badly and she knew that they were going to carry on doing it until she broke she thought about just giving in and breaking but she kept on thinking about her friends and Richard whome she loved and she kept on fighting " the keeper will be joining us tonight you know what that means confessor" said Nikki kahlan looked up at Nikki with what little strength she had " I am not giving myself to him you won't break me and he won't win she shouted Nikkis face turned angry as she kicked kahlan and used he magic to cause her pain "your friends are coming for you but when they get here we will take them and make them watch you die and then the keeper can deal with them" "no" said kahlan worried about her friends. "Get her up to the hall and get her ready for the keeper" shouted Nikki to the mordsith and sisters.
The trio, kathrine, chase and the resistance were now outside the border of the palace and we're waiting until nightfall to attack "Richard my boy" said zedd he knew Richard was thinking about kahlan "zedd what if we are too late or what if we can't save her" Richard said with tears in his eyes " look we are going to save her and we are going to stop the keeper" Richard looked up at zedd " I hope your right" Chase and cara walked over and joined them "it's time said cara" both zedd and Richard walked over to the handful of man that stood in front of him "right Chase cara and I will go on through the back and zedd, kathrine and the rest of the resistance will go in through the front as a diversion" everyone agreed "may the spirits be with us said said as everyonebroke off and prepared for attack.
