Marina's POV*
By the time we finished painting it was 5 o'clock. There was empty paint cans all over the floor and the wall was almost finished. We decided that we'd leave a quarter of the wall empty so that we could come finish it next time. There was a hammock hanging on some trees at the back; Shane and I were laying on it beside each other. I was starting to fall asleep but then Shane leaned over and kissed me. I love how he kisses me at the most random times, it keeps things interesting. "So babe, what do u think of this anniversary? Did u like it?" He asked. "Shane it was amazing, I loved it so much." "Well your in for a treat because there's still more to this anniversary." He looked at me and smiled. "Come on baby girl, we've still got the whole night ahead of us." He got off the hammock and carried me off on his back. We decided earlier to leave the backpacks and spray paint cans here in case we want to come back and need supplies. He carried me all the way to the Jeep and we both got in. "Where are we going now baby?" I asked. "Don't worry you'll like it. Oh, and you might want to message your Mom and tell her that your not going to be home
For dinner." Shane and I have both met each others parents. My mom loves Shane, whenever he comes over to my house he helps my mom with stuff that needs to get done.
He also gets along really well with AJ, she plays dolls with him and he also gives her makeovers some times. If Dad were still here I think he'd like Shane too. Dad died 10 months ago because of a plane crash. He worked a lot overseas doing business and trading. one day he left to go and that night we heard on the news that his plane crashed, I didn't even say bye. "Mar, are you okay babe?" Shane was looking at me, I didn't realize that I was crying. "Yeah I'm
Fine, just thinking about my dad" Shane knew that I took a hard hit when dad passed away, and he knows that I cry and get depressed more often then not. Shane is amazingly understanding, I don't blame him though. Shane has 5 siblings. Olympia & Imojean are his two youngest sisters, they're both 5 years old because they're twins. Then he has his 14 year old brother
Ryker who's really smart and loves football. Dante is Shane's older brother, he's 19 and still lives with Shane's family because he goes to a college around home. Shane's oldest sibling is 24 and her name is
Jolene. Jolene doesn't come around often, I've only ever seen her twice. She lives in Britain with her boyfriend. Shane is the middle child, so he pretty much gets along with everyone in his family. Shane's parents are really sweet and they always know how to solve any situation. Shane's parents names are Christine and Tony, but I just call them Mr. and Mrs. Monetti. Shane's family is so welcoming and amazing and everytime I see them it makes me feel happy. We're on our way to Shane's house now. When we pull in the driveway, the twins are outside playing Barbie's ;and Ryker is sitting on a chair outside watching them. "We're going to stay for dinner and then there's one more place I want to take you, is that okay baby?" Shane asked. "Yeah of coarse, I love it here." We got out of the truck and headed inside.
