Keith sighed tiredly with his chin on the palm of his hand it was barely the middle of the day, and to make it worse his enemy Lotor was sitting right behind him flinging erasers at him when he had the chance.

It was already bad enough that he happened to be in one of the worst moods ever, not that it was something new though. Keith just naturally hated everything, it was a normal everyday thing. Though Lotor was fueling his anger more which was definitely not a good thing to do, an angry Keith meant a horrible day.

So basically everyday was a horrible day, and the day was barely starting. Keith grinded his teeth and clenched his hands into tight fists, he growled as another eraser bounced off his head. "Lotor I swear.." He muttered in a dark tone, another eraser top was flung at him and painfully bounced off his head.

Keith turned around to face Lotor and scowled when he saw him holding a huge eraser that read 'for big mistakes' he then smirked. "Wow Lotor I never knew they made an eraser just for you." The classmates that had been listening and watching the pair suddenly busted with laughter, Lotor blushed in embarrassment and lowered the huge eraser, he had learned his lesson.

Don't fuck with Keith.

Keith turned around and brought his attention back to the paper in front of him. "Suck a dick Kogane." Lotor's friend spat at him. "Right back at you Zethrid, though I guess it'll be pretty exhausting for you after kissing Lotor's ass." Keith replied, the class was awed.

Two burns in just the matter of seconds, and the day was just beginning! Keith was a master of comebacks, which is also another reason why nobody else would mess with him.

Zethrid bit her tongue already knowing that she could not say anything else, she exhaled and minded her own business. Keith wondered why the teacher wasn't doing or saying anything, but little did he know the teacher already heard the stories. She knew well enough not to butt in when Keith is in his burning rampage.

And so the class soon ended, Keith packed up his stuff and was met with his friend Pidge who smiled up at him. "And Keith goes for the win, the crowd goes wild." She laughed. "You're in a peachy mood this morning." She joked. Keith rolled his eyes. "Ha ha very funny." He sighed obviously taking notice of her sarcasm. "Just pointing it out." She shrugged.

They met with their other friend at the cafeteria. "Hey Keith, what's this talk about you and Lotor fighting after school?" Shiro asked as he bit into an apple. "Probably just a rumor." Keith shrugged and sat next to Shiro. "He's always looking for trouble." He crossed his arms. "Yeah, just last week he put my science book on top of a tall cabinet...i'm 5'1 guys!" Pidge huffed.

Shiro frowned. "Honestly he never quits." Keith shook his head and reached for the milk carton on Shiro's tray. "I'll deal with him later." He mumbled and grabbed the bendy straw from the plastic silverware. "Keith!" Shiro looked like a disappointed father.

Keith respected Shiro, he was like a father figure to him he first met him at middle school, Shiro was a year or so older. And Keith was a small weak boy, he was the person everyone picked on and made fun of.

He was the odd one out.

But unlike the others Shiro helped him, talked to him, and eventually they became best friends. They grew closer over the years, though there was one incident that brought them closer than ever.

It was Shiro's first year of high school, his father picked him up from school intoxicated, and they got into a horrible accident.

Shiro was badly injured, near death, but he made it through. Though he lost two things that day, his father, and his arm.

Now he has a permanent scar across his nose and a prosthetic arm, it doesn't bother him as much now. Keith has helped him cope with all the trauma and helped him with the loss of his father.
