Brie's POV
I fluttered my eyes open as I pulled the covers off of me. My bare feet hit the cold wood floor as I stood up while stretching.
Carefully I walked down the stairs in search for Liam.
"Liam" I gently called.
I found him sitting on the couch.
"Hey" I whispered. No answer.
"Liam!" I called slightly louder.
I placed my hand on his shoulder and he flinched.
"Listen I'm sorry Liam, I know I was acting crazy before but it was just because you frightened me, and I thought you wanted to protect me not scare me!"
"I know, I was trying to protect you Brie I just went a little out of control, no matter how scary or crazy I am I still love you." He said while burying his head in his palms.
I sat down on the couch next to him and kissed his cheek.
"I love you" I murmured into the kiss.
Liam lifted his head and hugged me. I slowly pulled away from the hug and Liam frowned.
"One sec!" I giggled.
I came back in the living room with a blanket.
"I just want to relax, you know. Get things off my mind." I sighed.
Liam nodded.
We cuddled for the rest of the evening, eventually falling asleep in the warmth of his chest with his arms wrapped around me. The most comfortable position anyone could be in.
"Wait Brie...one more thing!"He slightly shook me "Yeah?" I replied softly kind of sleepy. "I love you too." Liam smiled. I smiled back and went back to sleep
