i called a uber and grabbed my phone and wallet. i didn't want her to leave. she was the one person i actually felt someone with. my feelings for her were so real.

*skip ride*

the uber pulled up outside of the house she was staying in but no one was there. all doors were closed. windows were shut. it looked lifeless. as if no one has been there for years. i walked up to the front door and nicked hooding she would answer. hoping that the girl i lived would open the door and tell me she's staying but she didn't.

she told me her terminal (and every other airplane information. i don't ride in airplanes a lot so idk😂) a while ago. i'm heading to the airport.

*skip uber ride again*

i ran inside the airport frantically looking for her. i made my way to her gate hoping i would find her and there she was. sitting by the window on her phone. Mia was sitting there on the ground playing on her ipad and Cate was asleep. i slowly walked up not wanting to make a scene.

"Amber?" i said shyly

"Jack!! what are you doing here?"

"i couldn't just let you go. i need to at least say goodbye or something."

"Jack. i'm not staying. i have to go."

"i know." i walked up to her. at this point half of the people were staring at us and Cate has woken up.

"so i'm guessing this is Jack. the boy you never shut up about." Cate said as both Jack and Amber started blushing.

Mia ran up and gave Jack a big hug. "i missed you Jackie Poo" Mia gave him the nickname when she first met him. she did it to most of Amber's friends.

Jack bent down and gave her a big hug. "How would you like to stay here with us?"

"i'd love jt. can we Amber? PLEASE?!" cried Mia.

"please don't leave me Amber." Jack said with the saddest look on his face.

"Jack i don't have anywhere to go. i refuse to stay at your house with the boys. it's not right."

"I can pay for a hotel or a apartment until you get a job as a photographer like you always wanted. you want to be a photographer right?"

"yeah"

"well we have connections. we could get you a job right away."

"jack this is all so sudden. i can't make a decision now. i'm in a airport waiting to board my plane to go home. to my house. in missouri. not L.A."

before any words were said Jack leaned in and smashed his lips on mine. how can i say no to this boy? he's perfect. everything about him is perfect.
