As the blade slices along her wrist, she digs it in. Tears fall down her cheeks as she releases the pressure. Trying not to make a sound, she gets up to grab a tissue from the other side of the room (literally a few feet away) to wipe away the blood. As she sits back down she thinks to herself,

"Why am I doing the petty things? Why don't I just cut further down and cut a vain? Or why don't I just make a noose? I don't want to continue this shitty life anymore."

She groans and wipes away her tears leaving only slight tear trails. As she's pulling her sleave down, the door swings open and there, standing in the doorway is her sister, Jacqueline. She's not taller than her at all. Actually they're the same height, but Casey is still not that dumb to try and defend herself.

"What the hell are you complaining about now?!" Glaring down at her, she snarls and says

"If your royal highness would get her arse out here and look after her sister, that would be much helpful."

"But I need to finish-"

"I wasn't asking and wanting a reply. Get your arse out here now or I'll show you how hard life can be on you"

Jacqueline storms down the hallway and into the lounge room while Casey slowly packs her English assignment that is due the next day.
