Name: Eva 

I have been dating Jay for six months but only our close friends know because my parents would never give us their blessing. My name is Eva and i am the daughter of Jasmine and Aladdin and i think you all know who Jay is.  Right now me and Jay are laying on my bed just studying and of course cuddling because who wouldn't want to do that. Look at him.

 Suddenly Jay decided he was done with studying and threw his book across the room and scooped me up into his arms. He laced his fingers threw mine and gazed into my eyes while leaning in .

"What the heck is going on " I hear the familiar voice boom from my door.

"Shoot" I say while jumping up "Hey Dad"

"Don't you dare Hey Dad me Eva, What are you doing with that thief"

"He is not a thief Dad , hes changed and i love him,"

"Sir i love your daughter and i would never hurt her since i have met her shes -" My Dad cut off Jay and turned towards me.

"Your a disgrace to this family. Who do you think you are?Break up with him right this instance"

Once i heard that i ran out of the room with tears falling down my face, Why would my dad say that to me ? 

Jasmines Pov 

When Aladdin said that Eva ran out of the room . A soon as she left Jafar's son ran out after her. I slapped my husband before running out after the children to make sure my little girl was OK. When I arrived Eva was cuddled into Jays arms while he was whispering comforting words in her ear. Maybe he wasn't as bad as his Dad. He seems to make my princess Happy and that all that should matter.

Eva's pov

When i ran out of the room i found a quiet spot under a tree to sit . Why would he say that Jay is an amazing guy once you get to know him. He couldn't even give him a chance . He couldn't even let me be happy.Just a few minutes after i felt Jay wrap me in an embrace. " Dont worry baby, everything will be OK. I love you."

"Honey " I heard the voice of my mother. 

"Mum i know hes the son of-"

"No Honey im sorry about your father he was wrong we could at least give Jay a chance before we jump to conclusions"

"I love you mum" I say as i pull my mum into a hug. Who cares what dad thinks ive got mum .

an hours later

Me and Jay are sat on my bed talking and making jokes. I hear a knock on my door and i look up to see my Dad poking his head in. 

"Go away Dad"

"Listen Eva i am so sorry for calling you a disgrace you are not. I am not happy with you dating Jay but your mum told me about what happens and it sounds like he has changed so i give you two my blessing and Jay i am sorry for being quick to judge."

I pull my Dad into a hug because their is no way i could stay mad at him because hes my father and he was just trying to prevent me from getting hurt but i think hes finally starting to understand im growing up and i need to start making my own mistakes and decisions.
