Tyler POV:

I was surprised when I heard Alex talking to a girl. I ran up to him so fast and then saw the girl. She smelled were. I looked at Alex and he smiled at the girl. I decided to trust her and looked at her. She looked at me. I stared at her. She had dark brown hair and green eyes. I smiled at her. Then Rosa ran up behind me. I frowned slightly as she sneered at the girl. After asking who she was Rosa just stormed off with Alex. I waited for Iris. I had a family that was my everything. I had a younger sister who I loved. My father and mother were always smiling and then when disaster stroke they still faced on. When Vampires attacked I had took my sister and ran. My parents died in front of my eyes. My sister later died of sickness and I couldn't do anything. Then I found Rosa who liked me but I didn't want to let anyone in.

"I'm a vampire..." I admitted softly to Iris. How? I was bitten when my parents had died. My mother was the moon goddesses sister and she had healing powers. She made it so I wouldn't die but still was a vampire. I was a hybrid however. I didn't require blood and I still had to breathe. But I was faster and stronger and pretty much immortal. Iris didn't look fazed by what I told her so I looked at her. She nodded.

"Okay." She said.

"That's it? I'm your natural enemy and you only say "okay"?" I exclaim. She shrugs.

"Yup"

":.. Okay then. Come on, let's get something to eat." I walked with her. We got to our camp. It was only us 3 and one other. But he only appeared when we needed help. He was weird that way. Rosa and Alex are human by the way. That's why they need us. Or me really, unless Iris decides to stay. Which I hope she does.

IRIS POV:

I wasn't surprised when he was a Vampire. No wonder why I felt a connection to him, all werewolves and vampires do. That's why we stay away from each other. It's not natural. Not even supernatural.

We reached the "camp" in 5 minutes. It was an okay place. I sat down and ate my soup. It didn't taste good but it seemed that they thought it was amazing. They were all thin and I felt fat looking at my 115 pound body. I was well nurtured while they were all unhealthy. I felt uncomfortable looking at Rosa glaring at me. I finished my meal and got up. I went off to my blanket at place to sleep and rosa stopped me.

"Listen bitch. I don't know if you get it or not, but Tyler's not interested. So keep your hands off him. And Alex too. In fact, if you want to stay of my good side, just leave." she spat. I snorted.

"Good side? I hate to see what your bad side is. I don't think you have a good side. And yeah right slut." I shot back at her. She gasped.

"BITCH" she yelled at me.

"Whore." I said.

"GO DIE IN A HOLE."

"I will. In about 80 years." She narrowed her eyes at me.

"Watch your back bitch."

"Okay. Watch yours too. It's looking a bit weird." I smirked and walked off.

The next day I was simply eating an apple for breakfast when Rosa threw it out of my hand. Tyler glared at her. And I raised my eyebrows at her.

"Thanks, I don't want to get fat like you." I said. Even though she was way to skinny. She sneered at me and stomped on my apple. Then she tried to hug Tyler but he pushed her away. She pouted and shot me a look but still walked away. I rolled my eyes and Tyler looked at me questionably. I shrugged.

"We travel at night since you know..." Tyler informed me. I nodded my head. I started to pack my stuff and saw my locket I had grabbed from Nightfall pack. I held it in my hand. My eyes started to water. It was my mothers.

*flashback*

"Here Iris. Keep this. Forever." My mother told me as she was sick in bed.

"NO MOMMY. YOU GONNA LIVE."I screamed at her. My father growled and pulled me away from her. The locket in my hand. I cried as my father smacked me and told me to go away.

*end*

My mother has survived but I still kept the locket anyways. I didn't wear it, it made my father mad. I gripped it in my hand and all of a sudden a hand ripped it out of my hand. I snapped up and saw Rosa smirking with the locket in her hand.

"Sup bitch. Look at this piece of trash... Might as well throw it into the river. Say goodbye to it!!!" She said walked over. I growled and pounced on her. She laughed and jumped out of the way. " Promise you'll leave?" She threatened. I growled at her. "SAY IT." She said kicking me. I fought to not shift.

"Fine. Promise." I said 'promise to kill you someday.' I thought bitterly.

"Oh okay. Here- OOPS!!" she dropped it into the river and laughed she walked away as it floated down as I couldn't do anything. I gasped.

"BITCH." I screamed at her. Tyler ran over to us.

"What's going on?" He asked concerned.

"I don't know ty, she just pounced on me!!!" Rosa exclaimed lying. I growled. Tyler looked at me, trying to see if Rosa told the truth. I got up.

"I see, Tyler, you believe rosa. I'll be on my way then."i said choking back tears as I walked off.

"Wait." Tyler said pushing Rosa away. She gasped. "I believe you, Iris." Rosa made a upset noise.

"BUT TY-----" she whined.

"SHUT. UP." Tyler said. She looked surprised. I hid a smirk. We stayed a week more and traveled around. I became leaner and stronger and forgot all about my past. I didn't even notice that we stepped into Werewolf territory.
