Chapter 2 - Werewolves and Mates

Dawn’s P.O.V

I woke up feeling dizzy and a bit awkward. Was it all a dream? All of a sudden I hear laughter, I open my crystal blue eyes and saw my room. I was sitting on my neon green bed and my newly painted black walls. I was home but how could that be? I mean I know I didn’t just dream that could I. I got up and opened my closet I picked out a turquoise plain V-neck and some simple skinny jeans with my brown combat boots. I brushed my hair and went down stairs. As slowly went down as I heard talking six voices just talking and laughing. I went down and saw faces, their faces, and the faces of the people I currently despise, the faces of Niall, Liam, Harry, Zayn, and Louis. “Hey your up sleeping beauty!” yelled Erika. “Why didn’t you tell me you had family members over…wait a minute, why didn’t you come and get her at the orphanage when she needed you!” yelled Erika. “Hold on hold on they are not family they are-“ I was cut off by a swift windblast. “You will not tell anyone we are vampires or that you are our mate understood.” Liam said in a tough voice. “Fine ” I plainly stated. Then another huge windblast spread through and time was restored.

That second Luke and Hunter walked in. “Sup love how are you guys” said Hunter. “Wait who are they” asked Luke almost in a jealous tone. Huh weird. I just hope these people die so I can live my life normally. “Hey that was rude and you can never live normally again love” Louis said. “What do you mean nobody said anything” asked Hunter. “You know what I don’t like your presence here” Harry told Hunter and Luke.  “Well I do and these guys are my ride well Hunters 19 like Erika but Luke’s not so if you don’t mind I got to go,” I yelled at them. I mean who could be so rude and ignorant to kick someone out even though it’s not their house! I went out and slammed the door with Luke and Hunter in back of me, heading to their black Fiat.

~~~ Skipping car ride~~~

“What was that about Dawn” asked Luke. “Well I don’t know,” I said coming out of the car. As we walked by everyone kept looking at me not the popular ‘OMG she is so cool’ kind of stare but the type of stare you get if you just murdered some favored boy band like- “Oh I’m so stupid” I yelled out. “You jut noticed this” said Luke. “Mean much no I noticed why everyone is staring at me.” I explained. “I was seen with One Direction the five guys that were in my house” “Oh, now I understand” he said plainly “So… I was wondering if you would like to got to the spring formal with me” Luke asked all of a sudden. “Um…Yes of course” I said excitedly. I never told him that I really liked him not the friend vibe you get when your just playing around but the butterflies in your stomach kind of vibe that makes you wan to fly. I had never had that feeling because of all the bad things people say about me.  “Hello, you zoned out the bell rang” Luke said with a goofy smile on his face. Oh gosh his smile was perfect and beautiful and those cute, cute blue eyes that make butterflies in my stomach. Then I thought of something, Louis and Zayn can read minds especially mind since I guess I’m his mate or something I’m in huge problems! All I have to do know is get over this retched day.

Louis’s P.O.V (ß that’s new)

            Damn it she has eyes for that weird kid Luke or whatever! I was furious she was supposed to be my mate and the boy’s mate but no she has to go off and go to that spring dance with a werewolf I mean not even a plain human a werewolf and once I tell her she will resent him and she will come to us. I mean soon enough the necessity of the bonding will sink in and she will have to live with us whether she likes it or not. “Hey mate why don’t we talk about our plan,” asked Harry. “Sure” we made our way to the guest room that strangely was in the attic but who am I to judge I’m a vampire. “So we all know that the bonding will eventually kick in and we will have to take her but at the same time we have to leave before we get a replacement mate who just so happens to be Ruby,” said Liam. “Well we will just have to take her tonight with no one knowing especially those despicable werewolves.” I stated infuriated by what I heard. I sat down on one of the air mattresses as the boys sat down on the floor or the chairs. “Well we are going to have to wait till she gets out of high school today or Luke will find out and tell the rest of the mutts in their pack. “Well we could use Niall’s power to put her to sleep for a few more hours till we get to London” Harry said “Deal now we can just either teleport or we can drive” said Niall. “I vote teleport,” Harry suggested. We all agreed and decided to sleep for a while well at least until Dawn gets home or should I say her soon to be ex-home.         

Dawn’s P.O.V

(A few hours later)

            Last period was horrible except for the fact that Luke was there, the coach made the volleyball team run 40 laps around the field! And to make things worse I had some sharp pain in my head and I was supposed to run 50 laps since I’m the team captain. Luke helped me to my feet and to the car so I wouldn’t get too sore. All I knew is when I got closer I got to my house the closer I was to making my head stop spinning. “Hey you ok there,” asked Luke in a kindly manner. “I guess but once I get out of this horrible, sweaty uniform I’m going to eat then sleep. He chuckled and stopped in front of my house. “Well just be careful about those weird friends of yours they aren’t nice” Luke warned. “OK” I said knowing that what he said was true something was going to happen and I felt it. After I took off the uniform and bathed and ate some food and lied down on my bed slowly drifting to sleep till five faces appeared before me and before I knew it I was knocked in to darkness… Well again uh!
