Emily's POV
I'm at my house right now getting ready for the beach. Brooklynn said that her and the guys will be picking me up. I got ready in my leafy green two piece (^^image above) and put in my contacts with a messy bun in my hair and quick put on some water proof mascara. I heard a car horn outside my house and I'm guessing it was them. I quick slipped on a big white t-shirt over my bikini and slipped on my shoes.
I walked outside and the Windows were down and Devin of course whistles at me. I just rolled my eyes. Drew seemed pissed that he did that for some reason though.
"Hi guys" I said. "Hey Emily." they said. "Hey brook!!" I yelled even though she was right next to me. "Jeez, calm down haha! hi Emoldy" she smirked. I hate it when she calls me that. She's a butt munch.
We got to the beach and literally everyone ran outta the vehicle right when we parked. Except me and Drew.
"Hey Emily" Drew said looking at me while we're still in the car. "Hi Drew" I smiled at him. He smiled back.
"So wanna swim with me, like ... Um...ya know...j-just
y-you and me?" Drew asked while stuttering. That was honestly the cutest thing.
"Yeah of course." I said smiling like an idiot. He's just so charming and cute and omg I can't even.
He smiled hugely after I agreed to go with him. We then were just walking along the water on the beach while everyone else was swimming together on the other side of the beach. Drew seemed nervous though. I don't know actually maybe I was just being dumb haha.
Drews POV
Me and Emily are walking on the beach....alone. I was honestly really nervous around her and knowing me, I don't have the guts to do anything. She looked So beautiful right now ugh... But she always looks beautiful.
I stopped walking and took off my shirt. It was really obvious that she was staring but it was cute. "Wanna swim now?" I asked her. "Yeah" she said with a smile.
She took off the big t-shirt she was wearing and damn... Like I couldn't help but stare. I guess she noticed I was staring and she blushed looking down at the sand. I go up to her and put my finger under her chin so she can look up. "Don't be embarrassed Emily, you're beautiful." I told her. She just blushed even more. "You're so sweet Drew" she said to me with a smile. I just smiled even more. I love it when she's happy.
She then ran into the water laughing. I ran after her as she was swimming away. I went under the water and grabbed her waist and she squealed while we were laughing. She turned around facing me looking me in the eyes. I moved a little closer and then we were only inches from each others faces. She looked down at my mouth then to my eyes. I leaned in....
"Hey guys what's up" wtf?! Why?! I knew that voice. It was Devin. What an idiot. Fuck!!! I was just about to kiss the girl of my dreams until this dude had to ruin it. He's honestly been getting on my nerves the pass couple days or So.
Emily's POV
We were gonna kiss!!!! But then Devin came popping up. Ugh. I really wanted to kiss Drew. Drew seemed really angry when Devin came. I don't think he likes Devin. We decided to swim back to the other guys. And then we all agreed to leave. Brooklynn was gonna spend the night at my house. She didn't even swim, she just 'tanned' even though she has dark skin. But we said goodbye to the guys and then I got a text.
Drewwww💞: hey wanna hangout tmrw just you and me? :)
Me: yes that sounds like fun!
Drewwww💞: okay I'll pick you up at 6pm tmrw ;)
Me: okay night Drew 💜
Drewwww💞: goodnight gorgeous💞
"Okay tell me everything that happened with you and Drew at the beach!!" brook yelled. " okay okay" I said. I told her everything that happened even the part where Devin interuppted us. We then put in high school musical 2 and fell asleep to it. I was so excited for tomorrow!
