Chapter 2: Registration day

Hey there!! Had a great gathering today with friends. So happy..just I don't really like my appetite...it went so wrong . Food always in my mind. Go to size XXL soon...damn!! :(

Denisha's Point Of View

I sat alone through the day in Mr. Alex class after Neil left our school. She used to sit beside me but today, her chair was empty. I just miss her so much. Even though Liya and Aleera sat at my back but, still I need my friend sitting beside me and the person is Niel.

I didn't focus on Mr. Alex in the entire class. He might totally understand 99% of me because he just ignored me while I denied the questions he gave. I just not really want to attend any class without Niel.

Luckily, times goes quickly today and the class was over. I take a ride with Liya and Aleera. Well..home is waiting for me. "Denisha..what's your planning at home today," Liya asked from the seat beside the driver's Aleera. "Hurmm...sleep" I replay and lie down my head. I feel so tired actually, even though I didn't do anything today. I just sat at my chair through the entire class just now but, how come my body feels so weak?. Well..missing some of your best friends could be like the power of your body was taken away.

"Guys...why am I feeling that I've loosing my power in me?" I said and try to sit properly and fasten my seat belt. Because I didn't fasten the seat belt just now. "Denisha, we knew what kind of feelings happened to you. It is because of Neil, isn't it? We miss her so much." Said Aleera without turning her head to me and just continue to focus to the road. "Don't worry guys, Denisha.Aleera..we still can meet together in holiday's break. Keep strong ok." Said Liya with a smile and fondle my messy hair. "Thanks, guys. We just have to be strong. That's what I want." I replay and looking outside the car's window. How time flies so fast.

Neil's Point Of View

After settled up the registration process, my dad and I walking to the food court to grab some meal. Well, we skipped our lunch for this new school. So..I am craving for a delicious food right now. "Dad, I am so hungry". I shake my dad's hand. He just chuckles and continues walking. "I know Niel, we're about to have our late lunch in minutes. Sorry, we have to skip our lunch today. Don't worry..this will never happen again. Okay?" I just shake my head and smile at my dad. After a minute of walking, we reached the food court. We made an order and sit at the end of the corner. I guess that not just me and my dad who skipped a lunch today. It is too crowded here. All are new students with their parents. I narrowed my eyes to my dad's eyes curious. "Dad, are they also skipped their lunch just like us dad?" I asked my dad and look surroundings. "Maybe?" my dad chuckle after seeing my curious face.

After a minutes later, our order has arrived. "Here is your order miss and this is for you Sir. Enjoy your meal." The waitress said with her friendly face. "Thank you". I smile at her with a happy face and also I am too excited about this late lunch. The waitress leaves our table and then we can eat our meal. This Chicken Rice looks so delicious. Well, as you know that Chicken Rice is not one of my favorite food but my appetite changed while I am starving here. I could eat for any food right now actually.

"Dad, I want to wash my hand first." I stand up carefully just after my dad shakes his head."Okay then". I walk straight to the washroom and watch carefully my steps. Gotcha! I press the soapbox at the right side of the sink and open the water tap to wash my hands. After that, I close back the water tap and dry my hands with tissues. While turning back and take a step forward, "Ouchhhhh!!!" Someone has hit me right after a step forward. My body unbalances and I might fall down now. Luckily..someone suddenly grabbed my hands to balance my position. With a crowded place here and everyone staring at me now. Great! This situation is going to embarrass me on my registration day. What a shame!!

"Are you okay? I am so sorry. I tried to avoid this crowded people but I lost my steps then hit you." She still holds my hands waiting for an apology. "It's okay. It wasn't your fault. Thanks for grabbed my hands while I was about to fall down in front of everybody. "Thanks. Sorry once again." She let go of my hands and she put out her hand. "I am sorry again. My name is Derrica. And yours?" she asked. I smile a bit and take her hand. "I am Neil. I am new here and I've just settled down my registration today." I let go of my hand and looking at the person sitting at the end of the corner. My dad must be so curious about what happened just now. He is just smiling while looking at me? Seriously?!. "Well, I am new student here too. Nice to know you. See you around." Her waving her hands at me and walk towards the washing room. I smiled at her then take a step forward reaching my table.

"My bad day dad," I said when I heard my dad chuckle while I sit down in front of him. "Why dad?" I narrowed my eyes to him curious. "You can manage your self after what happened to you just now. Matured in handling situation. Start of something new in this school." He said and continue eating his meal. "Hurm..hopefully, dad" I replied and look surroundings. "Go on eat your meal..it's getting cold." He lifted his eyes on me and drink some of the plain water.

We left the food court after paid the meal just now. Tomorrow is Saturday then Sunday. I am going to start staying at Technical High School hostel on Monday. A new episode of my life. Wait, I must seeing Denisha, Liya, Aleera and 'The Three Musketeers'. I take out my handphone from my pocket and texting Denisha.

Hey Denisha. Any plan for tomorrow? Let's meet up. Seven of us.?

I locked my handphone screen and continue walking after my dad. A few minutes later, I felt my handphone vibrates and I quickly unlocked the screen. A message pop up on the screen said.

Hey! Great Niel. We haven't plan any yet tomorrow. I'll tell the others about this. Let's meet up at our favorite park. I am so excited. Meet you there at 10 am. :*

Such good news. I quickly replay her text without dad noticing it.

Well. It set for a date. I am too excited. Can't wait to see you guys tomorrow. See ya soon. :*

I quickly run after my dad where actually 3meters away from me. Finally, I am going to meet them. Well, it's just a few hours away from them, but I feel it's already a month. What it's being so dramatic.
