Chapter 6

"No I'm not I just said that because I didn't know how to feel when you kissed me and I asked David to come with me and pretend we were dating but he said he would only do it if I told you tonight. You can even ask him!... Just after I do this.!!.

Emily leaned in and kissed Stephen. After the kiss Stephen was kind of mad about what she just said how she just lied to him for like a week or more he couldn't even think, he had to ignore how much he wanted her because he just needed to walk away... to get away..

Stephen went to walk to the door, Emily looking back at him with a surprised look on her face. She was surprised because she thought he might not be mad, he might not hate her like she was thinking earlier, and that he might not walk away from her like he did last time... just walked away... she looked back at his bed and started to cry silently so he couldn't hear. But when Stephen got to the door he realized that this is what happened last time what he did to her the last time.

FLASHBACK
Stephen was a jock and a jerk but Emily was still in love with him. Every time he walked past her and there eyes met it was at that moment they lost there selves in each other. It came to a day we're Stephen was throwing another party... but this one, this one was different because he invited Emily to it mostly because he wanted to be the one to ask her, to ask her out to be more specific.

So Stephen invited pretty much the whole school other then the non-popular people and the nerds. Except he didn't get to ask Emily yet so the last class of the day he had with Emily and asked her right after the class ended. Emily didn't hesitate at all to answer she pretty much wanted to scream but she kept her cool and just said "Ya sure, I just have to see if I'm busy." Stephen knew that she wasn't busy but wanted to seem cool so he just said "okay hopefully you aren't because I really want you there." They gave each other a slight smile and then Stephen walked away with his other jerk jockey friends. Emily was so close to exploding right there and then.

Emily got back to her house and finally she was able to scream because everyone was still at work and she was an only child so she had the house to herself. She was so panicked!!! Then she realized.... "I HAVE NOTHING TO WARE!!!! OMG I HAVE TO GO TO THE MALL... LIKE RIGHT NOW!!!!" She grabbed her stuff and ran out the door.

Emily got to the mall and went into some random store because she saw the cutest dress in the door way and that's the one she bought right away after trying it on to see what it looked like on her of course. So she has that handled and she just keeps walking around the mall to see if she can find anything sexier.

              It came to the day of the party
'Okay so the hottest guy in school asked you to go to a party he planed and your the only unpopular person there. So the worst thing that could happen is that this is all just a big joke or the hottest guy in school likes you...' Emily thought to herself. She got ready to go to the party and it took her like 2 almost 3 hours because she wanted to look perfect for Stephen. After Emily was done getting ready she left to go to the party, so she hoped in her car and she was off!!

Emily arrives at Stephen's house and the first things that she noticed was his house was huge and 99% of the school was there. She walks to the door we're Stephen is standing there waiting. "Hey"

"Hey I'm glad you could make it!!! I was kind of waiting for you."

"Oh really!?"

"Yeah, that's surprising?!"

"Well kind of. Because your a jock and I'm a dork."
