Another thousand years went away in the blink of an immortal eye.

Percy was remembering about that while he fixed his clothes in front of the mirror. Today was a very important day for many reasons, he couldn't decided what was the best reason of all. So he decided to think about each of them.

Today was the day Hades and Hestia step down from their millennium ruling the gods. It had been a very nice millennium, with no wars, no tantrums and no rejected gods. There were a few rebellions, but nothing that a little diplomacy wouldn't fix. And, after a lot deliberation, Hades and Hestia, along with Percy and Annabeth decided that Hebe and Asclepius would rule for the next millennium. They were inexperts, of course, but they would be there to help them out.

Today was his millennial wedding anniversary with Annabeth. This would be their tenth vows renewal, as they do it every century. They had many kids during those thousand years and all of them would be with them in the ceremony and party too. Percy and Annabeth raised them with lots of love and free will, none would be doing something they didn't want to. Many of them were working already either in Chaos' realm or in Camp Half-Blood as instructors. Was a dream come true.

Today was also, the last day of the punishments he and Annabeth had handed out to the gods, back when they had started their reign. It matter of a week time, Percy had tracked down Ares, Hera and Zeus and had punished them severely each. Ares had been locked away from the gods and, he'd only go out every five years (his sentence was suppose to be 200 years only, he would escape regularly to have kids). Solitude for him afterwards. Of course, he wanted to gut the god for killing Annabeth the first time, but knew that not providing what's most needed is a better punishment.

Zeus had it a bit worst. He was stripped from his powers, only his immortality and eternal youth to go on with, basically turning him mortal. He and Annabeth couldn't force him not to have kids, it would be too cruel. Hera, however, as the worst of the bunch, was chained up in the Underworld and her powers had been feeding the magical barrier of Camp ever since. Her only wish now is to be free.

They later found out that Athena had gathered with them, but walked away from the meeting before knowing what was about to happen. Percy didn't seem fit to punish her over something she didn't know, but Annabeth started using the 'silent treatment' attitude to the extreme. Persephone actually was more helpful than she thought with Hermes and Iris and hoped to work out things with Hades once she could talk to him again.

"Dad! Dad, c'mon! You're gonna be late again!" His sons rushed from the door, opting to look like ten-years-old. Percy himself looked like twenty-something. He groaned and looked at them.

"One time! One time and they never let it go!"

"C'mon, Dad... You're SeaweedBrain..." Percy smiled and nodded.

"And to think all started with that..."

Crappy epilogue, I know, but I felt this story was coming to his end.

I want to thank to everyone that read this story, the ones that followed it, and the ones that reviewed, both when my collaborator Mjavery9 and I post it (remember, this is a repost). I really hope that you enjoyed this story as much as I enjoyed writing it. I know is not the heartfelt note that you were expecting, but it's always sad when the story hits an end... I will treasure it along with my others finished stories.

Since I know you've read the author's note in previous chapters (or not), I will be focused on rewriting Rise of Ouranos, so please no asking about new stories until that one can be done. We can discuss it after New Year... *wink wink*
