* EDWARD'S POV *

Nessie was walking down stairs and thought, ' I can't live without my mother. ' 

 I took her for a walk. " I don't know if I could live without her either, She's my one and only. " She loved it when he talked about her. ' Could you tell me about the first time you two met? ' She thought. " Do you know how long i've waited for you to ask me that? " I asked. She laughed. I love my daughter. " She had just came from her old home, in Phoenix. She came to live with your Grandma Charlie and she got this new truck. It was all rusty and old looking." She laughed " Yeah so, she came to school. And she was like the new shiny toy. Everyone wanted to be her friend. Me,your uncles and aunts were all walking into lunch. And her and Jessica were talking about us. In a good way of course. She asked about everyone. Then she saw me. And Jessica was talking about how I was very cute and that no one in school was good enough for me. And Bella, I looked at her and I couldn't read her mind. I tried hard. Until lunch was over. Her scent was like a drug to me. She was like my own person brand of heroin. When I got to my next class, the teacher told her to sit next to me. I thought the reason I couldn't read her mind was because she was to far away. But she wasn't to far away. Because even when she was close, sitting next to me I stared at her the whole time trying to read her mind. And I couldn't. It made me want to kill her. " She gasped and looked like she wanted to slap me. " But I didn't, Before the bell rang, I was already on my way to the main office to try to get another class without her in it. But all of them were full. She walked into the office. And looked at me. Her face was to hard to read. So I walked out of the office and whispered ' I'll just have to deal with it. ' I knew she heard me but at that point I honestly didn't care. And that same night, I would sneak into her window while she was asleep and watch her sleep. She used to talk and it made me laugh. One night she was asleep and I was still watching her. She saw me but she thought it was just an hallucination. But it wasn't. The days past and I didn't dare to show up at school. Alice told me she planned to confront me about what my problem was about staring at her. But, I still watched her as she slept. A week past and I showed up at school. The fan was on in class and she walked in. The wind blew over to me and her scent was just amazingly unbearable.  She smelled amazing. When she came to sit next to me I had no choice but to talk to her. ' Hello.' She gasped at my voice ' My name is Edward Cullen. You are Bella swan. ' She looked at me like we just met. But we didn't. ' How do you know my name? ' She asked me. ' Cheifswan always talks about you. ' I told her. It was a lie. But I couldn't tell her that I watch her while she's asleep and I snoop threw her things. '  You were gone. ' She said. ' Yeah, I was went on a personal trip. Personal reasons. ' I told her. I asked her about the rain, and she seemed confused. ' Your asking me about the weather? ' She said. I said yes and she said that she didn't like cold wet things. I laughed and she asked what was funny. I told her nothing. Why did you come to Forks if you knew it was going to be cold? I asked her. She told me that her mom was remarried and that her husband trailed the world. So she thought tht she could come and stay with Charlie. Then she questioned my eyes because when she seen me they were black. but then they were gold. I had no answer. So I just walked away. School was over and she was about to get hit by a van. And I ran over to her and picked her up, And stopped the van with my hand. She got to the hospital and asked how did I do it. But, I couldn't tell her that I was a vampire. Or else the Volturi would kill me and her. And I couldn't let that happen." We walked all the way to Port Angles. And went to the restaurant that me and Bella went to the night I followed her. " Ya know, This is the place me and your mom actually got along. I took her to dinner a night that she walked home, And some guys were about to rape her. Until I showed up. And I brought her here. This was the night I told her that I couldn't stay away from her. And she told me not to. And the next day. She came to school. And went into the woods. I followed her. She told me she knew what I was. And I told her to say it. She said it. ' Vampire ' She said. I asked he ri fshe was scared. She said no. I asked her to ask me what do we eat. Shew turned around and said that I wasn't going to hurt her. I then ran her up the mountain and showed her what I looked like. She called me beautiful. I told her I was a killer. She didn't want to believe it. I told her I wasn't going to kill her. Her heart sounded like it was pounding before I told her. Then it went back to it's normal beat after I told her. That was the moment I knew that loved her. And that I couldn't lose her. I took her to meet my family and Rosalie hated her. Everyone else loved her. A few days later I took her to watch me and the family play baseball. And another coven came along. I told her to put her hair down around her neck. But it didn't help. Then, James " She knew who I was talking about. " tried to kill her. He was a tracker. Alice and Jasper took her back to her house in Arizona and he threatened her mother. And with Bella being Bella she went and met up with him. He almmost killed her until I found her. She had a broken leg. And he almost changed her. Carlise told me to suck the venom out her arm. But I knew I wasn't going to be able to stop. But I did. " She looked at me and said, " I'm happy you did. Or else I wouldn't be here. At all.
