The cold chaos swept over Gravity Falls like a wave, its weirdness destroying any normality it could reach. That is, except for the Mystery Shack, thanks to the unicorn hair spread throughout the household. "Mabel!" I called upstairs frantically. "Mabel!" I called louder, begging that she was just upstairs listening to her crappy boy bands and colouring. She had to be upstairs, creating a new outfit for Waddles. I rushed to the upper floor, begging she didn't break it. I opened the door, the room was empty. This couldn't be happening.
I felt the room darken.
And darkness swept over me.
And the floor met me very quickly. I knew too much, and it had finally caught up with me. The drift had been destroyed.
