My Brat! (Eren x Levi! Ereri! Highschool Au)

Hanji's Plan~Chapter 12

A/N: I'm thinking of maybe ending the book after this chapter because I don't want it to get boring for you guys or for it just to drag on. Let me know what you guys think after reading the chapter. Thank you for all the support! You guys are amazing and the absolute best!

Eren slowly opens his blurry eyes to notice Levi isn't there this time. Eren gets ready for school and walks downstairs quietly trying not to wake anyone. He watches as Levi flips through the pages of his book and drinks his black tea with milk. He glances out the window and a small glimmer of light sparkles in his cold, dead eyes. Levi notices Eren at the top of the winding staircase, his dark expressionless face fills with anger. He finishes drinking his tea as quickly as possible and sets his black mug in the kitchen. He places his book neatly on the coffee table in the living room before grabbing his pitch black backpack and swinging it over his shoulders. He speeds out the door at an extreme speed without speaking a single word to Eren. Eren stares at his feet glumly while shuffling down the stairs, tears blurring his eyesight. His tears drip off his face, streaming down his soft cheeks. He sniffs while rubbing his hand over his nose to stop it from running. He makes himself a bowl of Weetabix, putting the block of wheat if first before pouring the cold, nearly expired milk. He eats it in the kitchen while staring blankly out the window. He places the bowl in the sink  and slings his bag over his back. He heads to school in absolute misery.

The school went by very slowly and it was also extremely boring. Eren heads home to drop off his bag and then makes his way to the park. When he arrives he has a bit of trouble trying to find her but after ten minutes of searching he finally finds her. She smiles brightly at him and gives him a big hug, this immediately brightened Eren's mood. She greeted him with her usual goofy smile and greeting before proceeding to hand him a small piece of paper.

'Dear stupid yet kind of adorable brat,
  I've written three letters for you around town which tell our story. You must find them in order, once you have done so follow all the letters to create the final message. Let's start with where it all began...'

Eren had teared up while reading the words written on that one piece of paper. Hanji hands him a tissue and he thanks her for her kindness. Eren's heart flutters with joy and hope.

"So where we off to first?" Hanji asks with a small laugh in her voice.

"Titan Academy's hallways," Eren laughs while sprinting to Hanji's car.

They both arrive at the school in just a few minutes. Eren runs through the halls to find the hallway where he had met Levi. There is of course a piece of paper stuck to the wall. Eren peels it off and reads it.

'This is where it all began. Our first encounter with each other. I will always remember this day, the first time I met the person that has ever brought me to feel emotions. You're very special to me, Jaeger. We then found out the same day that we'll be living together, that was quite a shock to me. I'll never forget kissing you to make Mikasa jealous. That night was quite interesting...'

Eren quickly informed Hanji where the next place will be and they drove off on their way to Eren's home. Eren ran out of the car and into the kitchen to grab the next note.

'This is your last letter, you ready? I've always known you were something special. You made me smile, cry and feel anger. Those are three emotions I've never felt before. I'll never forget the night you and I kissed at Hanji's party. You may not remember or care for that matter. You probably are still mad at me for the whole thing but I just want to say...'

Eren thinks about it for a minute and decides that the last message is at Hanji's house. Again, Eren runs as fast as his legs can carry him and dives into the front seat. He speedily clicks his seatbelt in and Hanji zooms back to her house. When they stop Eren rush ins out of the car, tripping over a few times before finally reaching the door. Hanji quickly opens it and Eren rushes in to see Levi standing there with a smile plastered right across his face.

'I love you. -Levi'

Eren's eyes fill with tears as he runs over to Levi. He wraps his arms tightly around him causing him to drop the sign. They pull away before leaning in again, to kiss! It's sweet but passionate, it held so much meaning to it for both of them. They break apart, both smiling and in tears. Hanji is in the corner taking pictures while crying and squealing extremely loudly.

"I love you too, Levi." Eren smiles.

"I'm sorry," Levi stares at his feet obviously disgusted because he actually apologised to someone.

"I'm sorry as well," Eren sobs while resting his head on Levi's.

Later that night Eren and Levi cuddled until they fell asleep. They woke up in each other's arms feeling loved and happy.
