It was like an instant connection. The first time I saw him, my whole world froze. At that moment nothing else matter other than the guy in front of me. Even if somebody told me I was wearing my top upside down I wouldn’t have care. As if sensing my gaze he looked up to me, oh my goddd I am not sure if u can call a guy beautiful but he had the most beautiful grayish green eyes. His stunning eyes were staring into mine and it was like a connection was being formed. He must have started walking towards me because suddenly those eyes were very close to me and I can see each and every eyelash of his along with his imperfectly chiseled face with a sharp nose, full lips and dimple chin. His eyelashes were long and thick, I have always found thick and long eyelashes on guys a bit feminine but on him they looked like it increased his masculinity. His dimple chin made him score one more point for me as I really go gaga over guys with dimple chin. He gave me half smile, half smirk and extended his hand and said “Hi, I am Andre. You can call me Dre.”
His baritone had me swooning even more. It was like everything about this guy was made to go girls’ week in their knees. He cleared his throat making me come out of daze. I felt embarrassed noticing his hand was still stretched for handshake. I took it and said “ Hi Andre, I am Alisha. You can me Isha.” His hand was hot, with a little roughness. Those hands were just rough enough to feel the friction and make you imagine what this friction will feel at other places in your body. He held my hand longer than necessary. Even after handshake none of us tried to move away. This time I tried to break whatever was going on between us. I said “So I am new here. What about you?” He was checking me out so bluntly, that it took him some secs to register that I asked him something. He looked flustered and asked “Sor-ry, What were u saying?”. I laughed at his embarrassment and repeated what I said.
He smiled and replied”I am a seasoned employee. Can you please tell me which department you are joining? I will escort you.” I smiled” I am joining the IT dept.”
“Oh so IT dept is getting a new treat to eyes. Follow me madam I will take you to your department” He smirked.
I snorted” Treat to eyes, sure. So which department you belong to. No don’t tell me let me guess. Hmmm. You belong to Sales and Marketing right?”
He look shocked,” Yeah, what gave away?”
I smiled and replied” All the handsome and cocky guys generally belong to sales and marketing.” I winked.
“Oh so I am handsome and cocky. I must say you have a great eye to appreciate what is in front of you’ He replied winking back.
I blushed at his comment. “So are we gonna get going or are we gonna spend our time just talking here.”
He grinned seeing my discomfort and said” This way madam.”
I rolled my eyes and started to follow.
