*Yami's POV*

My feet kick the air impatiently as Eve and I sit on Mr. Jura's couch together. After Ange-sama left Mr. Jura introduced me to some of his guild mates that just returned from a mission. They're names are Lyon, Sherry, Toby, and Yuka. They were all really nice too, I especially liked Sherry's marionette magic, she put on a show for me and Eve! After we hung out there Mr. Jura took us back to his home and gave us his guest room, that was almost 4 months ago though, and Ange-sama still hasn't returned.

Myself, Eve, and even Mr. Jura are worried about her because this is the longest she's taken to connect with an element. To get my mind off of her Mr. Jura allowed Eve and I to go on a couple of easy jobs with him, they kinda worked, but only until the job ended. When Mr. Jura went on a couple solo jobs we would mainly hang out at Lamia Scale, Sherry-chan would take us back to Mr. Juras and make sure we were safe until he returned.

Lamia Scale really is a fun place to be, with Ms. Obaba spinning people all the time, Toby's funny behavior, and Yuka always correcting him, but I still wanna go to Fairy Tail, even if Ms. Obaba has offered Eve and I a place in her guild many times before. "Hey Yami," calls Eve getting my attention. 

"Yeah?," I turn looking at my kitty friend who's sitting next to me on Mr. Jura's large couch. 

"What if something h-happened, t-to Ange-sama?" she asks tearing up, her voice cracking.

My eyes tear up as well thinking of that, I don't want to think of anything happening to her! Suddenly a memory enters my head, of when we were on the start of three-month trek to the temple.

~Flashback~

"Yami, can I be serious with you for a second?," asks Ange-sama lying beside me as we look at all the pretty constellations, Eve is sleeping soundly beside us.

"Of course!" I giggle turning on my side to look at her, she also turns on her side to look at me.

"Yami, it's hard for me to say this because I never want to imagine any of this happening to me or leaving you, but if something ever happens to me where I won't be in this world anymore, please don't mourn me for long, join Fairy Tail, be happy and stay strong, make sure my friends stay happy to, please," she pleads. I look at her surprised.

"Ange-sama," I murmur, why has she been thinking of this? Was it because of those bad people attacking us? Well, I should just promise her I will anyways even though I know nothing bad will happen to her because she's Ange-sama! The greatest wizard there ever is! "I promise I will," I smile sticking out my pinky.

"Thank you," she grips my pinky in hers and we shake them once confirming the pinky promise.

~Flashback over~

"Th-then we stay strong, a-and b-be happy, f-for her," I whimper out. "I-It will b-be ha-hard, b-but that's wh-what she w-would wa-ant," a few tears cascade down my cheeks and I pull Eve over hugging her and stroking her soft fur as she cries as well.

That's when Mr. Jura walks in, I know it's him because of his heavy footsteps, I don't look at him because I'm too busy crying with my best friend. "Girls," says Mr. Jura, there's a dip in the couch as he sits next to us, we look over at him with tear-filled eyes.  He's only smiling as he looks at us, "Angelina is a strong woman, there is no way she would let anything harm her enough to hinder her unable to return to her guildmates and her two new friends," he chuckles. "Why I remember when I visited Fairy Tail once when Angelina was much younger, I went without Master Obaba Angelina noticed that and acted as my little body guard for my entire visit, fighting off her friend Natsu whenever he tried to challenge me, and boy was he adamant about it," Mr. Jura grins. 

"R-really?," I hiccup wiping my tears as Eve wipes her own. 

"Really, so that just proves how strong she is, so you shouldn't be worrying about her," he hums. 

"But, still, she's one of my best friends, I'm always going to worry about her," I sigh still holding Eve close. 

"I understand, in the mean time while we wait would you like to go to the guild? Sherry will most likely be there," Mr. Jura offers, standing up, I nod and stand as well, noticing that Eve is sleeping soundly in my arms. "Do you want to leave Eve here?" 

"No, it makes me feel better petting her and holding her while she's sleeping," I smile softly petting Eve gently behind her ears, she purrs in her sleep making me giggle. Mr. Jura nods and we go to the Lamia Scale guild hall. 

In the hall, Master Obaba is spinning someone yelling at them, while others are doing whatever. Walking over we find Lyon's team sitting on one of the Guild halls couches and talking about their previous mission. Huh, I don't see Lyon or Toby, which is strange because they're usually with them. "Good evening," calls Jura sitting on a chair next to their couch. 

"Hey Jura! Hey Yami!," chirps Sherry running over and hugging me. "I hope your dreams last night were full of love~" 

"They were," I giggle, I learned that Sherry is obsessed with all things love, also Toby wears his dog collar and ears for a fashion statement, not because he's part dog, Yuka is very mature, and Lyon is constantly talking about how he's so much better than his life long rival Gray Fullbuster, but the way he talks about him sometimes make it seems like they're just old friends.

"Well, that's good, have you reconsidered Master Obaba's offer at all? Lyon and I were talking last night and agreed that if you would join the guild we would like you to join our team," Yuka says, looking at me intently. They, want me to be apart of their team?! My eyes widen in shock, but I soon go back to smiling. 

"As cool as that sounds, I'm already part of a team, and that's Angelina's! Also, I promised her I would join Fairy Tail no matter what! So, I'm sorry guys," I beam. 

"It's quite alright," assures Yuka. 

"It'll be sad when you go though, just remember you'll always have our love~" Sherry smiles.

"I will!," I giggle, a quiet yawn comes from the cat in my arms, looking down I'm not surprised to find Eve waking up, rubbing the sleep from her eyes.

"You guys are too loud," she scowls sleepily climbing from my arms to my shoulder. 

"Sorry Eve," we all apologize in unison. 

"So, where's Lyon and Toby?," I ask curiously sitting in a chair opposite of Mr. Jura. 

"Lyon went to get us some lunch and Toby is currently being spun by Master," chuckles Yuka looking over at Toby still being spun. Oh, so that's who she was spinning when I walked in. 

"What did he do-," I go to ask what Toby did to deserve the spinning when I was interrupted by Lyon walking in, a very serious expression on his face making me go silent, he doesn't even have Yuka, Sherry, and Toby's food. 

"Is something the matter Lyon?" questions Jura frowning. 

"There was a girl recently brought to the hospital by the monks of the Raitoninju Temple," I gasp, isn't that where Angelina went?! "They were saying her wounds were something not even they could handle, I found out through the town gossip, the people were also saying that she's a member of Fairy Tail and they're contacting her guild as we speak," he finishes. 

"That sounds like Angelina!," Eve and I freak out at the same time standing up. 

"We have to go see if it's her!" I cry getting ready to sprint out the door. Eve is already in the air ready to go. 

"Hang on, I'll go with you, you don't know the exact location of the hospital," Mr. Jura stands and I nod on the verge of crying again. It's definitely Angelina, I know it is, I just hope she's okay if anything happened to her.... I wipe my tears remembering our conversation when camping once more. I need to be strong and happy for her, if she is very hurt I know she'll hate seeing me cry she'll want me to smile. "Let's go," Mr. Jura and I rush toward the direction of the hospital with Eve trailing behind us. Angelina, please be okay, you're like my big sister and I don't want to lose you like I lost my big brother.
