I scattered around the house looking for Sadie only for her to be in the middle of a hallway playing with Finns little brother. I haven't talked to her much since we got here because I was so occupied with Finn,I needed to get things off my chest.
'Have you been knowing what's going on between me and Finn?'
'Millie. Sweetie. I'm not oblivious, Caleb has been a motormouth to me. Whatever Finn told him he told me.'
'Oh, well what did he tell you?'
'Well,you and Finn had a dispute over that Iris girl which was all a big misunderstanding. You didn't even let the boy explain himself.'
'I know,you don't have to remind me.' I sighed out.
'Millie, I don't understand why you don't understand that Finn is whipped for you.'
'Whipped? I mean he loves me but..I wouldn't call him whipped.'
'Ok, then he's extra whipped. Simple.'
'Bye,I-i can't even talk to you right now.'

I caught Finn in the refrigerator so I hid behind the door waiting for him to close it.
'Hi.'
'For fucks sake!You can't just sneak up like that. I could've hurt you.'
'Mhm, so would you consider yourself whipped for me?'
'Um, I never thought about it, I guess.'
'Hmph. You guess? So you're not?'
'Well,I didn't say I'm not I just said I guess.'
'So? You are?'
'If me saying yes makes you leave me alone will you do it?'
'Maybe' I shrugged.
'Ok,well I am. I'm very whipped.'
'Not as fulfilling but thanks.' I said walking out the kitchen.

'Do you wanna ride with me?'
'Ride? Ride with you where?'
'I don't know,around.'
'Sure,let me grab some stuff first.'
'Ok I'll be waiting outside.'
I grabbed my purse and a hoodie because it was a cold night. I wasn't really expecting much maybe he was taking me out for drinks or to go on a weed run with him since Caleb was asleep and that's who goes with him,weirdly he always needed someone to go with him. I walked out to the car and got in, as I sat down and put on my seatbelt Finn flashed me a sweet smirk of course I smiled back.

'What?' I said questioning why he smiled at me.
'You look really pretty tonight.'
'I'm not even dressed up, what do you mean?'
'You just...you look pretty that's all.'
'Well, thanks Mr.Wolfhard.' I said jokingly punching him on his shoulder as he started the car. As we passed the street lights and the air got more comfortable I started to doze off, not thinking too much about where Finn was taking me. I didn't really care at this point and if I did it was already too late to make a big deal out of it.

When I woke up it was very dark all you could see was Finns face being illuminated by the light from the radio. My head was pounding from the confusion and my vision was blurry, it felt like I hit my head repeatedly on a brick wall.
'Finn, where are we?'
'I got us a cabin in the woods.'
'What the fuck, you don't want to tell me to get more clothes or anything?'
'You'll be fine.' He scoffed. 'We're only staying for the night.'
'Ok,but you still could've told me.'
'Is anyone else coming?'
'No,it's just you and me baby.'
'Well isn't that romantic.' I said in a sarcastic tone.
'Trust me,you'll love it.'
'Yes,sure i will.' I said rolling my eyes and looking out into the pitch black woods thinking about what could've been worse. When we pulled up to the cabin it looked like something straight from a scary movie but it was peaceful. You could hear the swaying of the wave from the lake and songs from the crickets, although it was very sketchy I could get used to it. When we entered it looked like a hotel, there was electricity,a/c,even hot water. I don't know where Finn got the money from to afford this but it was totally worth it.

'How did you afford all of this.'
'Oh uh, connections.'
'Am I supposed to be worried about these "connections" ?' I said while making quotation marks with my fingers.
'No,unless you wanna be.'
'Ok-'
'Trust me Millie, please.' He said as he came up to hug me and kiss my forehead.
'Ok,just this one time. By the way this is one hell of a way to treat your babysitter.'
