Into the streets

Chapter 7

Magnus soon stood up followed by Alec , the spiked haired man snapped his fingers and at this moment everything that was laying on the blanket for the pic nic just vanished , the blanket too. Alec's jaw dropped and Magnus said smirking:

-Being a warlock comes with perks darling.
-It's so cool ! Alec added excited.
-What do you think of a walk around the park now that we aren't bothered by the basket ? Magnus asked looking at the younger.
-I would love too. Alec said with a shy smile.

The two men started walking side by side , sometimes their hands brushed against each other's and Alec blushed. The sun was hot since it was the afternoon and Magnus took off his leather jacket , he glanced at Alec and realised that he was walking with his long sleeved shirt, "isn't he hot?" Magnus wondered. They kept walking and after a while they arrived in front of a fountain. Suddenly an idea popped in Magnus's mind , he bent over the edge of the fountain and said to the younger :

-Alec ! Look there's something into the fountain.

The young warlock bent next to Magnus and the elder pushed Alec over the edge of the fountain. Alec fell on his ass inside the fountain and yelled :

- Magnus are you frigging serious !?
-Come on darling it's a joke. Magnus replied acting innocently.

At this moment Magnus felt two arms gripping his shoulders and suddenly the man was all soaked sitting next to Alec in the fountain.

-I thought that maybe you were hot. Alec said giggling.
-I'm gonna- Magnus was cut by a voice yelling.
-You two ! Get out of this fountain ! The man yelled.
-Run !

Magnus said this as he stood up and grabbed Alec by his hand , they both jumped out of the water and ran as fast as they could to get rid of the guard. Magnus was still holding Alec's hand as they were running through the park. After a while Magnus found somewhere to hide behind some bushes and he pulled Alec with him. Magnus was completely out of breath and was lying on the grass to take his breath back, Alec on the other side was just a bit panting , he laughed when he saw the state of the elder. Magnus stood on his elbows and asked :

-Aren't you breathless?
-Well let's say that being trained like a shadowhunter has some perks. Alec answered grinning.

Both of them stared at their soaked clothes. Alec flushed completely when he realised that Magnus's tight clothes were sticking to his skin and he found the elder terribly hot at the moment. On the other side Magnus glanced at Alec, his white shirt was now transparent and showed the perfect muscled torso of the blue eyed boy. Magnus said once his breath went back to normal:

-What do you think about going back home ?
-Sounds great. Alec seemed to be thinking about something and said : Could we use a portal please ?
-Everything for you darling. Magnus winked which made Alec blush even more.

Magnus created a portal and the two men entered into, they arrived in the living room of Magnus's flat. At the moment where Magnus felt the ground under his feet he untied the leather jacket around his waist and pulled off his shirt, at this moment he realised Alec's glare on his body.

-Enjoying the view? Magnus asked grinning.
-I... No... I mean I wasn't. Alec stuttered

Magnus walked toward Alec with the grace of a cat. He stopped a few inches from the younger and purred into the other's ear :

-First for the shower.

And with that he ran to the bathroom like a child. Alec was frozen in the living room, his heartbeat was even faster than when the guard was after them and his cheeks burned him. Alec has never felt that in his entire life. Even when he was in love with Jace he has never felt so vulnerable than at the moment.

After a while he heard the water being stopped and a few minutes later a Magnus with a silk robe , no makeup and a towel tied around his hair popped inside of the living room. Alec's heart stopped and his body started moving but he didn't have any control on it. Before knowing it Alec was pushing Magnus against the nearest wall and his lips crashed on Magnus's. Alec didn't know what he was doing until Magnus arms grabbed his waist pulling him closer. Alec suddenly opened his eyes and pulled away from the warlock with an horrific face. Alec was panting as he realized the mistake he had done. He stuttered as he tried to explain himself :

-I... I'm really sorry, i didn't mean to...

With that he ran to the bathroom , closed the door and sat on the cool floor. Magnus was still standing against the wall, a light blush on his cheeks as he slowly realized what had happened.

-What have I done ? Alec started sobbing. He will hate me and throw me out. Again.

Alec stood up and started pouring water into the bathtub , he slowly took of his wet clothes and put them into the laundry machine. The blue eyed boy sat into the bathtub and let his tears stream down his cheeks.

Magnus was now sitting on the cabinet in the kitchen , he was still feeling the younger boy's lips on his , they tasted like sweets. The warlock snapped his fingers and a cocktail appeared in his hand, he took a sip and put it down. At this moment the warlock really wanted to smoke but he remembered that Alec wasn't really ok with that so he gave up the idea. To tell that Magnus didn't feel anything when he felt the other's lips against his and his body against him would be a lie. It was the first time in maybe a century that someone made him feel so vulnerable.

After a moment Alec left the bathroom, a towel around his waist since he had forgotten to take clothes when he went to the bathroom. At this view Magnus swallowed hard and his cheeks burned him. The younger was avoiding the other as he opened the door of his bedroom and disappeared behind.
