Chapter 16

Draco and Hermione were in the Head boy and girls common room.

"Are you okay over that break up, it was quite sudden." Draco asked.

"Yeah I'm fine he was cheating on me anyway so I don't mind." Hermione replied with a small smile.

"But you're not crying now and you usually always cry." Draco said.

"Malfoy he was cheating on me." Hermione said.

"I know but I can't believe he thought you were cheating on him with me." Draco said.

"I know what did he think of me?" Hermione asked to nobody.

"What's that meant to mean?" Draco said offended.

"Oops sorry Malfoy I didn't mean it like that." Hermione said with a smile.

"Don't worry Granger I know what you mean." Draco said.

Draco and Hermione kept chatting and then there was a knock at the door. It was Ginny and Harry.

"Hey 'Mione heard about the break up with you and my bro. You ok?" Ginny asked.

"I'm fine Ginny." Hermione replied.

"Why did you break up?" Harry asked.

"Harry, I dumped him because he was kissing Lavender Brown." Hermione answered.

"What!?" Ginny and Harry chorused.

"I went to get my book because I left it when I was with you Ginny. I walked in and they were kissing." Hermione explained.

"For how long?" Ginny asked curiously.

"I don't know 5-8 seconds." Hermione answered.

"Why would my brother be that mean he didn't ever kiss you did he?" Ginny asked.

"Nope." Hermione answered.

"So let me get this straight you walk into the Gryffindor Common Room and Ron and Lavender are kissing?" Harry asked.

"Yeah Harry." Hermione replied.

"I'm here too you know." Draco said reminding them of him being there.

"Malfoy were not talking to you." Ginny said.

"Why Weaselette?" Draco asked.

"Because you are mean to all of us." Ginny answered.

"I'm not mean to Granger." Draco said.

"You're mean to every one else." Ginny said.

"I'm not that mean, back me up Granger." Draco said.

"Why are you asking Hermione to back you up?" Ginny asked.

"I've been there for her every time her and Weasel had an argument." Draco answered.

Blaise came in the room.

"Hey everyone." Blaise said smiling while noticing a certain red head.

"Zabini how did you get in?" Hermione asked.

"Draco told me the password." Blaise said.

"Malfoy!" Hermione yelled.

"What? You told Potter, Weaselette and your sorry excuse for an ex-boyfriend." Draco said.

"Ok we'll call it even then and I'm going bed." Hermione said.

"Ok Granger." Draco said.

"Night Hermione." Harry and Ginny said together.

"Night guys." Hermione said.

Hermione went bed and Harry, Ginny, Draco and Blaise stayed until really late at night.
