Dear Jeremy,
Ohhh! The finest thing happened today! Well, you probably know it because you were there when it happened. I can't believe it! You winked at me! The best feeling overcame me and I felt just so happy. I wanted to tell Anna, but she was sick today, so I had to wait till after school to call her. Instead I told Valencia. We ate lunch together. She really is a lovely person. Shy on the outside, but bold on the inside. I really truly do think we will become good friends. I do need to go now though. I have lots of homework. See you tomorrow!
Love and other indoor sports,
Maryellen Cunningham
