Is that the correct plural? Idk...

I snuggled deeper into the bed. After 2 minutes, I fell asleep. I had no idea how exhausted I was. That suitcase trip was a nightmare. But now, I finally drift off to-

"Zane!" Like earlier, Garroth's harsh whispers sound throughout the small room.

"Go to sleep." Zane groans back, as I feel him trying to get comfortable on the floor at the foot of Garroths bed.

"Well you're not going to be able to do that anytime soon, so let's talk!"

There's silence for a second, as I slowly try to turn myself as to not make any noise. This was going to be interesting.

Zane doesn't answer however, but I feel a sudden weight on the bed. I turn my head a little, neither of them able to see me due to the darkness.

"What are you doing!?" Garroth gasps.

"If you want to keep bothering me you're going to have to wake up Kawaii-Chan as well, and let me tell you, you don't want to see her when she wakes up." Zane doesn't move up beside me, but stays curled at the foot of the bed. Though he's not awake. I bring up my feet as I curl a bit as well. I don't want to bother him.

He doesn't seem bothered. Infact, I could get used to this~

My stomach growls and I wince at the fact that room had finally been silent when it happened. A stomach growl could definitely be mistaken for a-

"Garroth, did you just fart? Real classy." Zane dements.

"It wasn't me! Maybe it was uh... Kawaii-Chan!"

"She's a girl. Those creatures don't do that."

I sigh, getting more comfortable and trying to zone them out. It works. I'm asleep.

I'm not! We barely did anything yesterday! Plus I'm hungry! Well- you're hungry. They're going to realize it was you if your stomach growls again and as much as I would like to say Garroth is oblivious to it, Zane is definitely a lot smarter.

"Oh, shut-up!" Then I realize it was said outloud. Both Garroth and Zane siluetes turn and look at me. Both mutter a small apology and I shake my head at myself in dissapointment.

Dumb meifwa.

...

Garroth and Zane are gone by the time I wake up. Then my nostrils are filled with the smell of pancakes. Of course they're not for me. They're for the people who actually have tickets for this trip, who were actually invited. Not some girl who snuck into a guest's luggage.

Why weren't you invited? I mean... you were the most helpful to Aphmau-senpai. You deserve to see her and Aaron be happy.

That's not the point.

I thought that was the only reason why you came~

I'm going to watch My Little Horsies now.

With a click, my phone comes to life as I search for the show. And there it was. I vaguely remember this episode. It's about changelings... and how they feed off love...

Guilt trip much?

Ignoring her, I continue paying attention. I wasn't feeding off love. Technically I wasn't feeding myself with love. Shipping isn't sucking anyone lifeless... umm.

The door opens, Zane coming in. I'm about to ask if he has forgotten something, but he hands me a cupcake just as I sit up from my comfortable position. "Oh-" He looks down at my phone then starts shaking his head. "Reformation? Yea right." He lets out a small laugh before getting comfortable beside me.

Can I change?

Of course not. You're stuck with me. Remember? I'm the part of you that he loves.

"Loves?" Why do I keep answering Kawaii-Chan out loud!?

"Yea I doubt a changeling could actually love. That's a bunch of bologna."

I let out a sigh of relief.

I can change. I'm not Kawaii-Chan I'm-

Do you really think anyone wants that side of you? Do you think anyone will be able to forgive you for lying for years about yourself to their face? It's like Zane said. Changelings can't change.

I get up frustratedly. Zane saves the phone from hitting the floor then gives me a look. "If you didn't want me hear you could have said-"

"It's not-" I don't want to end up crying and spilling all my problems out. Especially with someone who is as socially awkward as him.

"I see."

My eyes widen.

"You're tired of being cooped up in this room."

Just when I'm about to say no, tell the truth, I nod.

All you do is lie.

"I'm not a liar."

"I never said that- Kawaii-Chan... are you okay?"

Stop responding outloud. "Umm... Girl- issues, yea."

"Oh. Oh! Oh- I'm sorry, uhh... should I leave?"

"No I-"

And because he thinks I'm on my monthly, he sprints his awkward nugget-self out the door. I have never seen him run so fast.
