" April, pass my water " I said getting off the treadmill.

" Um no nigga. Get it yourself. " she said rolling her eyes

I laughed and walked over to the water. I mushed her face and sat next to her. I got my phone out my bag and saw a missed call from Ashanti. So I called back.

" Hello " I said

" Hey Jordan. You still coming over ma house for dinner right ? " she said

"Yeah. Of course. I'll come around at 6 " I said

" Okay. No problem " she said and she hanged up. I drank some of my water and looked over at April phone. She moved away.

" May I help you ? " she said with her eyebrows up.

" You better be texting Tahiry " I said. She rolled her eyes. We grabbed our stuffs and then left. She took her car while I took mine.

I parked my car and went upstairs to my condo. I opened the door and switched on the lights. I dropped my bag and went straight to the shower. I took a thirty minute shower then went into my room to get dressed. I put on a nice fitted tee with some nudies and my Baron 9s. I grabbed my keys and phone then left.

Before I could even knock Mia opened the door and hugged me. I stumbled back and hugged her back. " Jordan I missed you ! " she said

I was confused " I was on ooVoo with you just the other day kid " I smiled

" Yeah but still. " She let me in the house and I saw Ma at the counter. I snuck up on her.

" Boo ! " I said. She jumped up and turned around clutching her chest.

" Boy don't do that. " she hit my arm.

" Sorry, I kissed her cheek. I walked into the living room and saw Alex, Lia, Craig and Mia.

I saw Lia and Alex with their baby. I dapped Alex and hugged Lia. I held Quran in my arms.

" Hey little guy " I said. He was so beautiful.

" Where's Cleo ? " I asked

" She was upstairs last time I checked " Mia said

" Wait, where's Chanel and her little boyfriend " I said

" She on her way " Mia said

I gave Lia the baby and walked upstairs. I opened the guest room door and saw Cleo and Nyayla sleeping. I crept up on the bed and laid down near Cleo. I caressed her face. Her eyes slightly opened. They were red and puffy like she been crying.

" Jordan " she said softly

" Cleo what's wrong ? " I said moving her hair from her face

She shook her head and sat up in the bed.

" Cleo, don't lie to me. What's wrong ? " I said sitting up in the bed. I moved her hair from her face again and saw a bruise. I stood up.

" What happened ?! " I said standing

She sighed " I hit my head "

" Cleo, don't fucking lie to me ! He hit you ?! " I said pacing around

" Yes. But its over between me and him. I ended it. " she said looking at me

" Alex knows about this ? " I said

" No, only you " she started crying

I grabbed her up. I was so heated. I walked her downstairs by her arm.
