He looked at me without saying a word, "Aiden!" I raised my voice at him. I tried grasping his wrist but he pulled away and my hand slipped.

"Where do you think you're going?" I asked, I wondered if he was going to be back so I let him go. I sat down waiting, I waited and waited for days but still no show. Months later I started giving up on him, so I spent the rest of my days on the island. Three years later this strange man comes to the island.

I was helping the women carry baskets of food but then this man came up to me. He said to me he's been looking for me all over the island, I couldn't remember him at all. He had a small beard with his hair down passed his ears up to his jaw line.

He's even taller than me that's for sure, I gave him a frown in pieces confusion. "Anna, it's me; Aiden." He said, I looked at him; the memories! They're starting to come back! I thought he left for good! "What happened to you?! I thought you left me for good!" I say while shoving him. "Look I... I uhm... I can explain." He stuttered, I stood there looking at him with my arms crossed and almost into tears.

"A few years ago the reason I left was because they needed help. The men were being attacked and I was pissed because those people were stealing from the village." Aiden said, "Well you could've told me! I waited for days and moths, even years. What made you come back?" I asked. "I want to go home with you." Aiden said. I looked at him with a confused face, I didn't know what to say. "Are you sure about this?" I asked

He grabbed my hand and put me inside the boat, he went to go grab some food and drinks because we both know this was going to be a long journey. As the sun was setting the boat had taken off and we road into the sunset back home.
