The loud screeching of an alarm plagued my ears, the dreaded alarm blasted as it wanted me to awake from my oh so pleasant slumber. With a loud groan I open one eye and looked at the alarm and soon slammed my fist on the snooze button. It was five in the morning and I hated morning with a passion, it's to early the sun tries to assassinate my eyes and I feel like I barely get ten minutes of sleep in me... No matter my friends and I were going to go on a camping trip in Snowdin woods, Legend says that monsters that sucked your blood lived there. Some would even kill you if you dare enter the territory.
I honestly don't believe it for a second though, I mean monsters? That's ridiculous on on number of levels, Besides that stories older then I am. Begrudgingly though I had to get up and dressed for the trip. I decided on wearing a white short summer dress with short shirts underneath because I'm weird that way, once that was done I got my camping bag and checked my phone. Ironically I was just in time to receive a text from my good friends Veronica and Heather.
"Hey we're outside nerd come on out! ~H" I smiled at the text a bit and went out of my house, I didn't bother saying goodbye I lived alone since my mom was in the hospital. She was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a disease in the bone that basically makes you blood useless and cancerous. She's in the final stages of it and may not have much longer, on top of that she has Altimzers at such a young age.
It pains me to visit her and her never realizing who I am.... I wish I could go back in time and take back some horrible things I've said to her.... "Hey you okay?" Veronica spoke up as I had my hand on the door but never got into the convertable. I shook my head and smiled at her with my usual fake smile, "yeah let's get this show on the road!" I say faking my happiness. I saw her frown briefly before dropping the subject as I got in and sat in the back. "Jason and Alexander are coming too... oh also Heather D." Heather says as I stare up at the sky. "Cool" was all I said to her as we took a twelve hour car trip up to Ebott Valley.
