Walking aimlessly before dawn, June found herself at an overhead bridge. Deciding that she had nothing more to live for, she climbed over the edge and prepared to take her life. Sitting on the rails, she closed the eyes and took a deep breath, wanting to end the pain and misery.

However, just as she was about to end her life, a pair of muscular and warm arms circled around her waist and held her back. Stunned, June jumped up and lost her balance, nearly falling to her death 10 metres below, if not for the arms wrapped securely around her.

"Hey, careful there, you don't wanna kill yourself accidentally." a deep husky voice said from behind her.

She spun around as soon as the arms released her. Standing before her was a boy with brownish blonde hair, olive tan skin, high cheekbones and sea green eyes. Standing at around 5'9, he was really good looking, with well muscled limbs.

"Who are you? What are you doing here? Why are you behind me? Were you the one who grabbed me?" questions shot out before June could stop herself.

Giving her a boyish grin, the stranger replied, "My name's Leo, nice to meet you. As to what am I doing here, I could ask you the same. But yeah, I was walking by when I saw you sitting dangerously on the rails."

The stranger, or Leo, continued," My first instinct was to grab you, and pull you back, what you were doing was really dangerous."

" Well thanks," June muttered.

" What are you doing here? Don't you know its dangerous to sit on the rails like that?" he enquired, tilting his head at her.

" Well," June rubbed her neck nervously, "its a long story... " letting her voice trail off.

" It's okay, I got plenty of time, especially for a pretty girl like you," he smirked and winked at her.

Seeing no harm in telling him her story, June told Leo everything, and Leo listened patiently without interrupting. Finally, June broke down and cried, while the handsome stranger rubbed her back soothingly, whispering words of comfort in her ears. After what seemed like hours, June finally calmed down.

Leo looked at her in the eye and said, "Your life is very precious and valuable. If you died today, what will happen to your family? Can you imagine how sad they will be? Those people are not worth your time, forget them and move on."

Hearing his words, June thought about her actions and realised how selfish she had been. Nodding her head, she said," You're right, they're not worth it. Thanks for saving me today."

"No problem, I'll do anything for a beautiful girl like you. Here's my number, call me if you need anything okay?" he said, handing her a piece of paper.

They parted ways and June headed back home. The handsome hunk was on her mind the whole time. 'just when I'm about to kill myself, a gorgeous plot twist named Leo turned up, maybe its fate?' June thought to herself.
