Spoilers for AC 3: What if at the end of Assassin's Creed 3, Desmond didn't die? I don't mean physically, it's mentioned in AC 4 that Abstergo managed to obtain the body and performed an autopsy. But at the end of AC 3, there's the MacGuffin computer, that not only saves the world, but also can digitally "store" somebody's life force, or at least a copy of their personality (like Juno and Minerva). Not only that, it's capable of transferring that into a real world body, which it may have done at the end of 3 with Juno. So is Desmond trapped in a computer like subject 16? I honestly don't have that much evidence besides the fact that it's probable. Anybody else have any evidence?
