Brinn's POV

In 30 minutes I got myself done.

I'm still smirking. Thinking how brilliant I was on what I thought kanina.

Who would have thought that the accidental kiss would help me a LOT?

Well paano?

Simple lang, I would tell Mom that someone had kissed me.

And according to our family rules we have to marry the person who shared our first kiss. NO MATTER WHAT.

And so, ang aking fiance kuno ay mawawala na sa aking landas.

But still I have a problem.

Mom will ask me who is that person.

And as I planned I'll answer "I'm sorry mom but I do not know or barely see him. I guess we'll have to find him"

And so they will. But they'll never! Cause I'll sabotage them hanggang sa mapagod na sila at pabayaan na ako sa buhay ko.

"Brinn are you ready" said mom on the other side of the door.

"Yes mom!" I answered.

Lumabas na ako ng kwarto and we walked down through the staircase.

It was the perfect time for me to tell her.

"Uhmm. Mom?"

"Yes?"

"I cannot be with the guy you're arranging me with."

"Sorry but you I cant withdraw now sweetheart." She started to laugh.

"Why is there something I should know?" Laughing. great MOM!

"As if you could do something! Hahahaha" mom laughed hard.

"As if i had my first kiss?" Tanong ko.

"Yep hahaha XD" she laugh her heart out.

"I did mom." I bravely answered.

"Kidding. Hahaha! I'm sorry darling but you're jokes aren't effective!" She's out of breath.

"No kidding mommy." Sabi ko sa pnakakalma kong arte.

" niloloko mo ba ako?" Shes serious when she talks tagalog.

"Nope. Someone really kissed me. It was an accident." I act as if I'm too ignorant.

"At sino naman ang nakahalik sayo?!" She seemed to shout.

"Unfortunately hindi ko siya nakilala nor nakita."

"For goodness sake Brinn Crisostomo bakit mo ginawa yun?! Youre like tying yourself to a future you don't know! Alam mo ba yun!" Tumataas na talaga ang boses nya.

"I know. We have to find him." Sagot ko na parang malungkot yet sasabog na sa kasiyahan sa loob.

Silence. Thats what I've heard.

Buti nalang Alegros barged in.

"Madam the visitors are here." He said.

"Let them in." Said mom in the very sad way she could.

I can't blame her. As a parent you would be hurt kung malaman mong unknown ang magiging future ng anak mo. Kasama narin sa kalungkutan yung rule na we never ever have to break ghe rules coz' rules are rules. Anggulo!

But I have to this talaga. Kahit magulang ko siya and even I love her so much, walang ibang may karapatang pumili kung sino ang mamahalin ko kundi ako lamang at wala nang iba.

Suddenly I hear the door opened and I saw two persons.

Nakakasilaw. Hindi dahil nagniningning sila pero dahil against the light sila.

Para bang sa camera? Haha

As soon as lumapit sila sa amin nakita ko na sila.

Una ay isang babaeng same age ni Mom.

Next ay isang lalaking matangkad, medyo built ang katawan, hmmm. At gwa---

Oh my God! Nagulat ako sa nakita ko. Is this real? Is he? Oh my gosh!

"Hi kumare!" Bati nung babae kay Mom sabay beso.

I would like you to meet Drench my son.

"Hi Drench, what a handsome son you got there Lorena!" And they laughed.

Nang narinig ko na ang salitang Drench ay agad akong tumalikod.

I feel that something shitty will happen.

"By the way mare, Drench, I would like you to meet my daughter, Brinn." Mom said pushing me para humarap.

Medyo natagalan bago ako napaharap ni Mommy.

Pano ba naman sabi niya sakin "humarap ka o sasapukin kita?"

Kaya yun umarap ako and I faked a smile.

"Cutie Patotie?!" Drench said.

"Huh?" Tanong naming lahat.

"Ikaw si CUTIE PATOTIE Right?" Tanong nya.

Why the hell did this guy calls me a cookie monster?

"You gave me these remember?" He handed me a card.

Oh My God! Iba pala ang naibigay ko sa kanya, not a Calling Card , SSS card, GSIS card, SM advantage card nor a Credit card but a monito/monita card.

Yes meron pa akong kakornihang ganyan. Tinabi ko yan kasi yan yung username na ginamit nung crush ko nung nabunot ko siya when I was grade 3.

Nakakahiya. Now he calls me CUTIE PATOTIE. Intimidating.

"Brinn. Call me Brinn I'm sorry I thought I gave you the correct calling card." I blushed to awkwardness.

"You know each other before?" Ask tita Lorena kay Drench.

"Not so well but I helped her last night kasi lasing na lasing siya." He answered.

At that time I knew Mom was really processing on her Mind.

"At sya nga pala!" He called me.

"Wag mo nang damdamin yung kiss ha. Aksidente lang naman yun." He said smiling.

I became speechless.

My mischievous plan has failed.

I has failed myself.

Alam na ni Mommy ang lahat.

And she believes na gusto ko siyang mahanap after ng mga pinagsasasabi ko kanina.

Now I have no choice but to be tied up by this schumbag.

I can see Mom smiling wickedly looking at me like as if shes constantly telling me "gotcha!"

"Lorena can we talk for a sec.?" Mom asked.

"Why? Miguel is arriving na rin." Tita said.

"No. It can't wait." She said.

"We'll just go to the garden, you two just get along muna there okay?" Said mom still with the look shes been giving me before.
