Chapter 11

Jasmine POV

Waking up to the sound of my alarm clock beeping in my ear, I groggily roll over and slap the alarm clock, almost breaking it

I look over at the clock and notice it is 11:00am

' Why the hell is my alarm going off at 11am ' I thought to myself

I throw off my covers, slowly get out of bed and make my way to the bathroom, I turn on the shower , allowing the water to heat up, and I start to undress.

Hopping in the shower I feel the steaming hot water running through my hair and down my body, I start washing myself with my cucumber scented shampoo and vanilla scented body wash

After a good 15 minute shower I step out on the bathroom rug and grab my fluffy pink towel, wrapping myself before stepping into my room,

" well, shit... " a voice says behind me

I scream and turn around, clutching my towel closer to my body,

" what the hell are you doing in here? " I scream

" I came in here to talk " Jayden says, eyeing my towel wrapped body

" umm, " I say nervously , " I'm naked here.... can you leave please? " I look at the floor and wait for his reply

He walks towards me and pushes me, pinning me against the wall, I try to pushing him off of me but that only results in my towel falling to the floor, I gulp and try to cover my body with my hands but that causes him to grab both of my wrists in one hand and pin them above me while his other hand grabs my chin and makes me look into his eyes

" j-Jayden " I stutter, " p-please let go " he looks at me with sadness in his eyes before quickly masking it

He leans closer to me and roughly kisses me, I start trying to kick and knee him, but that only makes him angry, he bites my lip making me scream and let out a cry.

He grabs a handful of my hair, pulling my head to the side while he kisses, sucks, and bites on my neck

" JAYDEN! " I scream while fighting against his hold, " PLEASE STOP, "

I freeze and my heartbeat starts beating out of my chest when I feel something sharp against my neck, before I even have time to react I feel a piercing pain in my neck

I let out a bone chilling scream before I start seeing darkness,

I feel him retract his teeth, and lick the dripping blood off of my neck,

" what did you do to me ?" I ask him, letting the darkness consume me before hearing his reply.

Tristan POV  - slightly before Jasmines attack -

Sitting in my office doing my alpha duties, I hear a knock on the door

" alpha, " Jayden , the beta , says
" we have rouges on the western border " I nod and mind link the warriors telling them the location of the rouges

We make our way to the border and notice a young looking girl who appears to be around the age of 15 or 16

" please don't kill me " she says looking up with tear filled eyes

" why are you trespassing on my packs territory " I ask, trying to keep a straight face

" I ran away from my old pack a few years ago when the alpha killed my friend " I nod and tell the warriors to take her to a spare bedroom in the pack house

" you can stay here for the time being, " I say to the girl , " but considering you are a rouge, I am going to have to keep an eye on you "

She nods and starts smiling, allowing more tears to roll down her cheeks, " THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU, " she says while following the pack warriors to the pack house

I tell everyone they can go home and Jayden immediately rushes to his house,

'Someone really wants to get home' I say to myself, while wondering what's gotten him in such a hurry

1 hour later

I have been sitting in my office for the past hour filling out paperwork regarding a few alliances between pack when all of a sudden I feel an agonizing, burning feeling in my stomach, chest, and neck

I let out a scream while stumbling out of my office and into the kitchen, pack members stop to stare and what is going on, obviously worried about why I was screaming and what could cause me so much pain

I stop in the kitchen and immediately feel another pain in my neck, I scream and fall to the floor darkness starting to flood my vision

" what is happening to me" I mumble, trying to focus on anything other than the pain

A few pack member start whispering and mumbling to them selves while the pack doctor looks at me and says the words I never wanted to hear

" it's your mate, " she says pausing, I look at her with panic in my eyes and she continues

" she's been marked by another " those words are all it took before I let the darkness consume me

I know, I know, this is a very terrible chapter and some will hate it!

But trust in the author that everything happens for a reason!
