TIME SKIP >=D
Lunis has been growling and tried to walk every once in awhile to let it get used to the weight. One day Lunis called for Night.
"Yes Lunis?" asked Night.
"Do you now of any other camps that could help us?" asked Lunis.
"In fact I do! They are a little north-west from here" yipped Night.
"Then we head out tomorrow!" barked Lunis sternly.
Night seemed alarmed at this. Lunis' leg wasn't healed yet.
"Go get rest now, we head out a sun high" yawned Lunis.
Lunis curled up in her nest for the night and let tiredness take over her.
She slept till half way to sun high.
"Lunis? You ready to head out?" asked Night from the entrance of the den.
Lunis stood up on all her legs. Not putting too much pressure on her left back limb.
"Yes. Get Luke and Arise to come with too." called Lunis.
Lunis and Kayla had finished putting on the cast around Lunis' leg when Night, Arise and Luke came into the den ready.
They each had traveling herbs, some food, medicine, and metal claws if they came to meeting shadow soldiers. They had walked a day and had no clue where they were. The trail was covered up and blood spots laid on the ground.
Lunis caught a scent! Wolf! Lunis signaled them to circle around. Lunis headed forward till she came to a clearing. The scent stops here? She stepped forward and she was in midair.
"Think twice before you step in royal territory, Shadow warrior!" Said a deep voice from the trees above. A black wolf with a royal birthmark on his forehead.
"I'm not any kind of shadow warrior!" snapped Lunis.
"Then why are you here?" challenged the wolf. Suddenly Night broke through the undergrowth.
"Lee, stop, that's my sister!" said Night.
"She doesn't have the same marking" Lee said, confused. Lee wasn't paying attention when Lunis whispered "elemental." Her claws made the rope burn and she fell through. Lunis fell right on top of Lee.
"Get off me!" growled Lee.
"Know better than jump to conclusions!" snickered Lunis.
"Who do you think you are!" snarled Lee.
"The General of the army" barked Lunis. Lee seemed to take it as a joke.
He bursted into laughter, "There is no way you're the general! Dusk is!"
"Dusk past away a few moons ago" whimpered Night.
Lee just stood there, shocked. "One other way to prove you're her sister, do you have wings?" he snickered.
Lunis smirked. "Elemental" Lunis yapped. LIght made a form of wings. Lee stood where he was shocked.
"How could you be her sister?" gasped Lee.
They chatted for awhile and Lunis asked Lee, "Could you come back with us? We need more backup". Lee thought for a minute.
"We will come back with you" he said. Lunis rejoiced. We could win! They rested for awhile and set off back to the camp.
Every once in awhile, Lunis' leg cast would fall of. So they had to keep mending the straps for it to stay on. When they reached the camp everyone was happy to see Lunis, Night, Arise, Luke and the back up. Lunis greeted everyone the same as the last. When nightfall came upon the sky everyone had a good rest." Barked Kazern.
