Chapter Thirty-One

Normal pov

Lucy walked through the busy streets with her hood on and her hands in her pockets.

No one would notice she is a young rising singer. So she thought she is pretty safe with just a hood protecting her real identity.

She then hung her head low as sadness again engulfed her completely. Then she sighed. She is trying her hardest to stop the tears from streaming down her cheeks.

And then a loud squeal of girls made Lucy to look to her right from which the screams are heard. And she found surprised that they were squealing at her direction.

'Huh?'

And then she bumped into someone making herself and the other person hit the ground from the impact.

"Ouch...."
Lucy mumbled and then looked forward to see who she bumped to.
The person she bumped is a boy with dark brown hair and he is eyeing Lucy with an arched eyebrow.

After some minutes of thinking, Lucy eyes got a little wide...

' Blue eyes..'

" I know you!!. You are one of those judges!!"

He looked confused yet again and ruffled his hair in annoyance of not remembering her.
And then his eyes also got wide as he yelled loudly

"LUCY!!"

This not only made Lucy nod her head but also attracted some fans as well.
Lucy and the boy gulped as they both saw the crowd screeming her name as loud as possible.

The boy tched and grabbed Lucy's hand and dragged her with him.

Lucy pov

I panted after running for like fifteen minutes. And I am damn tired but look on the bright side! We've escaped the fans!!.

And he is here too leaning against a wall catching his lost breath.

Right now we are near a abondened park? Cuz I saw no one around.

" Thanks"
I said as I was supposed to.

" Thanks?. But why?"
He asked me.

" You know, for saving me from the fans"

" Ahahaha. It's my pleasure Lucy."

" So....who are you?"

I asked and I also am curious of why he is wearing a hoodie like me.

" -_-')Oh. Sorry. The names Satoshi Shiromiya."

That name.... sounds familiar.....wait.......WhAt!?

" You are the author of the book 'Silent Tears'??!!!"

He nodded his head with a small smile.
And then I grabbed his hand with both of my hands and shool his hand vigorously and started saying stuff like

" I am your BIG fan. I love your book. The way you write those are majestic. I love you."

Normal pov

Hearing lucy's last words, satoshi's eyes got even wider than before. And his face a beet red.
Clearly indicating that he is embarrassed.

He quickly snatched his hand away from lucy's soft grip and gave a nervous laugh.

" I-its Nothing lucy. Re-reall-ly."

" But you are so awesome!!"

This time he covered his blushing face with his hand in an attempt to hide it from Lucy.

"....."

He couldn't possibly say anything. And Lucy smiled sadly as she looked at the ground and said

" You book....kinda explains how my life has been. And that's why it became my favourite. And your words always reached my heart."

Lucy finished her words by placing her right hand for her heart(left chest) and smiled a little leaving satoshi stare at her before he speak after a low sigh and looked away from her...

" Lucy.....I am glad you like my work. I really mean it. Also I like your book as well"

This left Lucy gasp in a wishper state and later she smiled and said

" Thanks...."

He glanced sideways and caught her laugh and smiled a little.

" Lucy.....is everything fine with your life?"

' why would he ask this type of question right now'
Lucy thought.

It's pretty obvious that Satoshi noticed that all her smiles were kinda forced.

He shivered a bit as he heard a low growl coming from Lucy.

" It okay of you don't want to..."

Lucy only sighed and got up and said a quick thanks to him and bowed a little and flashed a small smile and left running towards her dorm.

He sighed and ruffled his hair softly.

' I still have questions that are left unanswered. Satoshi-san...Hope we meet again...:)'

Lucy thought as she ran towards the dorm.
