Our December|| A NamJin Fanfic

December 6th

"Jin-Hyung?" Namjoon called out for me, as soon as he entered the dorm.

"I'm in the living room." I yelled out to him and heard his steps come closer. I was currently cuddled up in a big grey fluffy blanket, sitting on the couch.

"Pretty cold today, huh?" I heard his deep voice say from behind me. I turned around slightly to face him and smiled, watching him drop the grocery bags onto the ground.

"I hope it stays cold, I wanna have snow." I replied, pouting cutely. It hasn't been snowing at all this year, which makes me kinda sad. "I absolutely love the winter, i love watching the snowflakes fall slowly, how the dimmed sunlight peeks through the heavy clouds and not to mention the nice cold days I love to spend inside cuddled up with a nice tea or hot cocoa"
I was smiling to myself as I told Namjoon, who plopped down next to me, about my thoughts.

"Hm...hot cocoa sounds nice..." He was leaning back against the couch with closed eyes, his lips slightly tugged upwards.

"I think we have some in the kitchen..."

"Nice!" He jumped up excited and faster than I could realize he sprinted out of the living room, This made me laugh so hard. How haven't I noticed his cute and childish side before?

I got out of my comfy Position and laid the blanket messy on the Couch, before Walking after him. I walked into the kitchen where he rummaged through all of the closets and shelves, searching impatiently for the cocoa powder.

"It's here." I said to him, chuckling lightly at his failed attempts and walked to a shelf on the side, which was the furthest away from namjoon. I pushed the tea boxes out of the way and pulled out the black and White Container with the 'Cocoa' label on it.

"Namjoon, can you grab a pot and the milk from the fridge?" He nodded and did as he was told, while I got some mugs and measured two spoons full of the dark Brown powder in each of the Cups. Then I went to namjoon, who had already poured the milk in the pot and put it on the stove.

"you should do this , or else I'll probably burn the entire dorm down..." he said a bit embarrassed and moved to the side to make space for me.

after a few minutes of constant stirring, the milk was hot and I poured it into the two Cups, the nice winterly smell filling the kitchen slowly. [I feel like i'm writing some sort of recipe right now xD]Namjoon stood behind me, leaning his head over my shoulder to take in the smell.

"ugh, this smells so good..." he lightly moaned and I chuckled at his adorable behaviour. then I took both of the Cups into the living room and placed them on top of the wooden coffee table in front of the Couch where I sat earlier. we Both sat down and I cuddled back into my giant blanket.

"thanks Jin." namjoon said happily after taking his first sip off his drink.

"no Problem." I replied, doing the same and enjoying the comfortable silence between us.

This could be a nice month.
