     So it was the next day and it was around 9 when Peter woke and was ready to start his day. He washed up and took a shower time he was done it was 9:30 and he was headed to get some breakfast. He went to the common floor and found the other Avengers already up and eating breakfast. "Hey Pete how did you sleep" Tony asked. Peter just shrugged and got a plate "how much food did you guys make " Peter asked. "Well we figured since we're training early today and it's been a rough few days we could all use it" Clint said . There was waffles,pancakes, French toast, fruit, eggs and croissant's . So they sat there eating and when Peter was done he called Peter over to talk in private. Tony started talking to Peter because he could ask any questions " So Peter you've been staying here for a while and after what happened yesterday it only made me want to do it more so I asked your Aunt and she agreed, so what I'm trying to say here is... Peter I want to adopt you" it took a moment for Peter to process everything "I would like that Tony" "really?" "Ya I mean I've been living here for a while and after what happened it doesn't look I'm going back and I like living here" "then I will call my lawyers "Tony gave him a hug then put an arm around his shoulder "let's go tell the other the great news" they walked back into the common floor when Tony shouted "Guess who's inheriting Stark Industries when I die!" Peter just faced palmed and laughed. "So there is another Stark?" Thor asked confused "yup" was the only thing Clint said.After a while Peters friends came in "wow that's a lot of food"Liz said "ya that's because we ate half of it" Peter responded.After everyone was finished eating it was time for some training . "Alright guys get ready and suit up" Steve said. Everyone got up and Clint gave a mock salute "yes sir captain sir" Natasha just slapped him on the back of his head "just get ready bird brain " then Peter spoke " I'll race ya, first one here in their suit pays the other 50 bucks " "you're on" then they ran off. " alright brucie lets go get everything ready" Tony said and Bruce just got up and nodded and got up. Peter was the first one back and 2 minutes later Clint came in "what... how did you do that " "there's something I haven't told you about the suit" "what about it?" Peter push the spider symbol and it instantly came off "your a cheater!" " no I just have a short cut" "fine double or nothing your my sparing partner" deal... oh you guys coming or not." They all smiled an ran off. "I still can't believe Parker is Spiderman " Flash said as he got in the elevator then Liz said "you get used to it" which Michelle just nodded "at least I'm his guy in the chair" Ned said while smiling.

Later that day Ned, Peter and Flash were playing video games when suddenly the alarm when off. Peter was the first to get up and take his friends to the safe room they had in the living room. "You Guys will be safe in here" Peter said as he got them into the safe room. Peter went to go get into his suit. When he came back he saw the Avengers fighting the sinister 6. "Spiderman good to see you could join us" Tony said "well I was keeping some things safe" Peter said while he kicked Ock in the face. Right when they were about to win some bombs went of. "Everyone watch out" Steve shouted as he used his shield from falling debris. Once all the stuff cleared out they saw that The Sinister 6 was gone. "Is everyone ok" Steve asked as he was lifting the debris off himself. "What do you think my video game room is destroyed!" Clint said as he threw his hands in the air. "Where is Thor and Nat" Tony asked looking around. "I think they went to get the others." Peter said getting up. "Wow they really did a number on this place" Flash said as he enters the room. "Ya what happened" Liz asked "bombs" was the only thing Clint said.

"So is it ready" Adrian asked as he walked in to their hideout. "Yes the venom has been placed in the Oscorp home" Ock said pulling up the feed from the house. "Amazing my son is a perfect match for it" The Green Goblin said. All six of them watched as venom climbed on Harry while he was taking a nap covering his whole body. "Spiderman will finally die for what he has done" Electro said.Soon Venom woke up and destroyed everything around him. Then with only a few words it knew what it had to do "bring Spiderman to us". Venom took off on its search to find Spiderman. "Boys it's finally time we come out on top" Adrian said with a smirk as they watched Venom go swinging through the city. "So what do we do know" Kraven asked "we wait" Ock said as a smile grew on his face. "We're coming for you kid" Adrian said and they all started laughing.

"So our windows should be good by tomorrow since I have my crew coming" Tony said walking in. Peter was talking with Ned and Michelle while Flash and Liz we're talking.Then Clint jumped out of the vents "Jesus Barton you almost gave me a heart attack" Tony said ."ya that's because your an old man" Clint said "am not come on Peter we haven't had bonding time in a while let's go lock ourselves in the lab" Peter smiled "alright let's go". So that's what they did. They locked themselves in Tony's lab and started to build things. " you know we haven't done this in a while" Tony said " Ya I know with everything that's been going on lately everything has been crazy" Peter responded. So they started working on all different types of things. "Could we increase the range which will bring Steve's Shield back when he throws it?" "Maybe but we would have to upgrade the parts on his suit"

Back in the common floor

"What do you think their doing on their" Clint ask "probably working on our suits like always" Steve respond from the kitchen where he was making food " Natasha go get Tony and Peter tell them it's time for dinner" Steve said as he was getting the plates ready.Natasha jumped off the counter and went towards the labs. May walked up to Steve and Bruce in the kitchen "can I help with anything?" "Sure but can I ask you a question?" Bruce asked "ya sure" "why are you nice to most to us except Peter, Tony and Natasha?" May just sighed as she was setting up the utensils "Tony took Peter away from me and Peter lied to me and didn't even try to listen to me. Then I feel like Natasha is replacing me as a mother figure in Peter's life". Bruce just nodded "if it helps ever since Peter showed up Natasha has finally got to be in the mother position which she could never be because of the Red Room" Steve finally came with the food and put it all on the table.

IN THE LAB

Natasha was banging on the door because they wouldn't let her in "guys come on the food is ready" Natasha yelled "No go away there are geniuses at work here" Tony yelled back "Peter Parker let me in" there was no answer "JARVIS let me in" the door unlocked and all she could here was "JARVIS you trader". Natasha walked in and just glared at them. Peter and Tony started covering themselves and Peter said "stop looking into our souls it's weird" she just walked over to them and dragged them out of the labs until they were into the elevator. " JARVIS takes us to the common room please" "right away". "Well look who's alive" Clint from the couch where he was playing games with Ned and them. "Shut it Barton if Romanoff here didn't come get us we would have started working on new arrows for you" Clint faked being hurt "Nat how dare you". "Alright guys come get dinner" Steve said. Ned came up behind Peter "want to build legos later" "yes" Peter said instantly. "Can I helps?" Flash asked "ya sure we could always use an extra set of hands" Peter replied. "What a bunch of losers" Michelle said as she walked up behind them. "Don't be mean to them MJ their finally getting along" Liz said while smiling. So they all scattered around the room while eating their dinner.

After dinner was done May went to go talk to Peter. "Peter can we go talk somewhere in private?" May asked which confused Peter "sure?". They went to May's room to talk privately when May asked "Do you like it here?" Peter was taken back a little by that question "yes I love it here May, these people are my family for goodness sakes I'm going to be a Stark soon I care about these people and they care about me" Peter said back "but I'm still your aunt right" "to be honest May no you stopped being my Aunt the moment you kicked me out and Natasha has replaced that spot I'm sorry" "well I didn't want to kick you out but I didn't have a choice I don't even want to be here!" May started screaming and soon Peter was to "well you did May and you know what you don't have to be here you can the leave even though your not my aunt anymore I still wanted to make sure that you would be safe!" "fine I'll be gone by tomorrow and I hope your happy being a Stark!" "fine by me and trust me I will!". Peter left the room leaving an angry May but surprisingly he felt like a bunch of weight has been lifted off his shoulders. He went back to go hang out with his friends and build legos with Ned and Flash. And that night May left Avengers tower leaving the little love she still held for Peter there.

IM SO SORRY I HAVENT UPDATED IN FOREVER BUT IVE BEEN DOING SCHOOL WORK 24/7. BUT I ALSO HAVE MORE IDEAS FOR WHAT THE NEXT CHAPTERS ARE GOING TO BE SO ILL UPDATE MORE!!
