I awoke to the irritating sound of a constant buzz. All I could do was listen as it taunted me while I desperately tried to open my, plastered shut, eyes. The cuff of my neck was still stinging from my mothers harsh grip. When I went to scratch it I struggled to move. A weight was pinned down against my hind leg. I growled in frustration and frantically whaled the rest of my body trying to escape- well I don't know exactly what it was I was trying to escape, but all I knew was that where ever I was, I hated it.
"Doc, what do I do!" A male voice asked. His worried tone somehow infuriated me even more.
I was just about to bark in agony of this emotion, when I heard the most soothing voice I've ever encountered in my four years of living. It was the same angelic vocals which I had heard just before giving into rest. My eyes shot open nearly instantly, and my pupils re-adjusted to the blaring square sun above my head. My body exhilarated with excitement as I bounced out of the grasp of pressure. I imagined seeing a lovely piece of royalty, filled with the silkiest fur, standing properly on four paws, but was shook when before me was a.. a PAWLESS!?
