Chapter 1: Who I am

Eunha's Monologue

It's a stormy afternoon. I'm late to open the ice cream store. Yes, I work at an ice cream store. I don't like it to be completely honest. I just have to do it to earn money. Even though a large amount of money that I currently have doesn't come from that work. I also have another job which is the one that I get more money.. even though I'm not proud of it. Anyways, it's raining a lot and I don't have an umbrella. Just perfect! I hope I don't get sick. I have to go by feet because I don't have a car. I'm literally running... aGh... My family has financial problems. That's why I have to do all of this...

My family consists in dad and my two younger twin brothers. They are Summwo and Sunho. I am Eunha and I'm 21. Mom passed away when my little brothers were 5 and when I was 16. My mom died because of cancer, breast cancer. I miss her... she was the one who made me realize my love for music. The doctors keep checking on me since mom was diagnosed with it. They think the cancer may pass from generation- through-generations. Last week I did my check-up. I still don't know the results. I am a little worried because if they find something we won't be able to pay for the treatment.

-3 mins later-
I'm finally here. Completely wet by the way. As soon as I arrived I opened the doors and start preparing the store for another day. I have worked here since my mother's death. When I graduated highschool I doubled my working hours. That is my schedule 'till today. My friend Yarin just got here for work.

Eunha's POV
"Hi Eunha!" My bestie greeted me.
"Hey Yarin!" I greeted her.
"Let's start working." She said.
I nodded and we started working.
