Chapter 13

                "Hiya baby! I'm happy we get some time together!" a bright smile was on her face. She sat and put her seat belt on. Like always. She always put it on the moment she got in the car. Suddenly, I'm in the back seat. "What is this?" I ask myself quietly. I see the both of them but they don't see me. I tried tapping on her shoulder but to no avail. They don't know I'm here. Why am I here? The car starts back up again and he's driving. He grabs her hand, lovingly giving it a kiss. She has this bright smile on her face. Even brighter than when she was with me. I never knew he made her that happy. I never cared much for it. I was convinced I was the man that would love her most in this life. Of course I would be. She was mine before she was his. I've been with her since she couldn't speak. Now another man replaces me. I knew the day was going to come. But not so soon. Not only that but, I never admitted that I'd lose her. The only problem is, when I thought I was losing her to another man, I didn't know I was losing her entirely. In the blink of an eye, all I see is a flash of light. A car. Another car driving right towards us. I tried. I tried to yell, to make them see the other car. But it was as if I was just a ghost. It didn't stop and neither did we. Suddenly all that can be heard, is a crash. What was once music and her soft hums, was now taken over by metal clanking and windows shattering. All I could do was watch.

Namjoon's POV

"YOONA!"

               I woke up in a cold sweat. I tried to catch my breath. "No no no, Not this again." After I lost her, I had nightmares every night. I couldn't sleep. Anytime I closed my eyes, all I could see was her. She was so young, so lively. She left too soon. She shouldn't have died. It's all his fault. If it wasn't because of him, she'd still be alive. It should've been him. I tried to get up from bed. My hands were shaking and I felt lightheaded. "I haven't had one of those in ages, why now? Why again?" I walked myself to the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror that was over the sink. I went to wash my face. When coming back up, I dried my face and looked back into a mirror. "Oh god!" I jumped. I swore for a second, I saw her face. It was her. She looked just like she did that day. As if it was today instead. I walked out of the bathroom as fast as I could. I couldn't take it. I had to get out but, where am I going to go? This house just reminds me of her. I need to leave. I grabbed my keys and my jacket. I got my phone and headed out. Once I locked the door, I knew exactly where to go. "Let's pay my dear friend a visit." And with that, I turned the car on and made my way over.
